I highly recommend AudioNova practice. Elijah, the audiologist is incredibly professional and knowledgeable as he continues to care for my 77yr old mom. He conducted a thorough test and took the time to explain the results in a way I could easily understand. I am thrilled with my mom's new hearing aids and the improvement they've made in her daily life. The entire process was seamless, and I am so grateful for his expertise!

I was able to schedule a hearing update and had a professional testing session and readjustment to my hearing aids.

I visited Next Level in Midlothian today and was very impressed with the immediate greeting I received from the office manager, Devan. She was personable and friendly. She truly seemed to enjoy the work she does and the customers she encounters. While sitting in the waiting room (there was no wait, as I was waiting on my friend to finish up with her appointment) she greeted every package delivery person personally and not just a generic "hello". If you are looking for a hearing specialist, look no further than this office. The great customer service starts at the front desk, to the specialist, and back to end your appointment at the front again. Thank you Next Level Midlothian for a terrific experience. What a great experience I had at Next level Hearing Care! Elijah Tozar (Va-HAS) was kind and explained what he was doing at each step which greatly reduced my anxiety. He was transparent concerning my insurance benefits, the costs and features of each of the aids. He was patient and didn't try to "upsell" me but listened to what I needed and what was important to me. The lady at the front desk was also kind and professional-I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend !

The people there are really nice people

Mailed a flyer indicating three insentivies but you could only use one. After 2 week trial, get $100 gift card. Still have not gotten the card. Been well over a month. Hard sell tactics.

Tremendous experience and it simply put added to the quality of life for not only myself, but also my family, and friends as well. The process is extensive and was well explained. After the initial testing the options for aides were well discussed and the best type for me was provided. I had tried in the past to initiate getting hearing aides but the follow-up was not there and when it was there was seemingly only a money grab in play. My experience at Next Level Hearing has honestly been life altering for me, and I did not feel at all like I was taken advantage of and that gives me peace of mind. I am looking forward to working with Next Level Hearing for the next few years and beyond as I continue on this road to better overall quality of life.
