Very informative technically. Took 3 pages of notes with Jessica. I like the Phonak hearing aids. I am wearing a loaner set for the next week and then will decide whether to go forward or not.I like the Phonak 90 series, but think the 70 series will suffice. Can we work to get a more favorable price quote?

Can't say enough good things about Whitney, the Hearing Aid Specialist, and her able assistant, Jessica, at Connect Hearing (right next to the Muse Coffey Shop on Enterprise in Lynchburg). We first came across Connect Hearing when my wife had "inherited" some hearing aids a year or so ago and we brought them to Whitney for her appraisal. She did a wonderful job with getting the ownership changed, re-fitting, and re-programming the HAs, at a very reasonable cost. More recently I went back in to have Whitney do a more up-to-date hearing test as I'd been wearing some HAs for a couple of years and wasn't sure they were still up to the task. Long story short I recently bought two new state-of-the-art HAs, a very well know brand, at a much lower price than I would ever have anticipated. Whitney makes every effort to work with you to come up with the best solution to meet both your hearing and budget needs. I also want to add that this local office of Connect Hearing, based on our experience, is so much better in all the important ways than the big audiology group in town.

Great place for those of us with hearing loss. Professional but friendly people make you comfortable while answering all your questions. The hearing test was fast and comfy and results were explained on the spot with options on how to make your life better through better hearing. They let my husband borrow hearing aids for a week to try them out at no cost! They even delivered a new set of batteries to our house! Service beyond what is expected. I will be going to them for all my hearing needs and definitely recommend them.

Superb customer service by both Whitney and Jessica. These two ladies are both knowledgeable and extremely helpful for those like myself with hearing loss.

The staff (specifically Whitney and Jessica) at Connect Hearing at 1511 Enterprise Dr Ste A, Lynchburg, VA 24502 are both very efficient, cordial, knowledgeable, caring, helpful, etc! I commend them very much for their many aspects of thorough assistance during recent appointments there as they did a lot of testing and fitting and explaining while helping my elderly friend to be fitted with very efficient hearing aides. I have worn hearing aids for the past 6 or 7 years. My first pair of hearing aids was purchased and serviced in Roanoke. The service after the purchase in Roanoke was okay, nothing special. I am always well satisfied with the cheerful and pleasant greetings, no matter if its by phone or just drop in. Jessica and Whitney are always ready to take care of any problems and/or answer any questions I might have. Jessica always tries to take care of some issues and if she cannot correct the problem with my hearing aids, she will schedule an appointment for me with Whitney as soon as possible. Most of the time the appointment will be on the same day. On a scale from 1 to 5 for service --- I would give them a 10. Always seems to go above and beyond what is normally expected. Went in to have my hearing aid repaired. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they fixed it while I waited. Am pleased with this product and will continue to do business with this office.
