I want to express my deepest appreciation to Katelyn and Barbara for the love and care they give my mom with her hearing needs. They provide a welcoming environment and are always friendly and accommodating with us. My mom is 90 years old and they treat her with respect and ease. Katelyn demonstrates a strong knowledge of her field and patiently works to solve any concerns, provide comfort and smile while doing so. I highly recommend this office for anyone’s hearing needs.

June 3, 2025 / 1:10 PM (EST) I just left Audio Nova- Culpeper Hearing Center in Culpeper, Virginia and I must say, that I was so impressed! WOW! First off, I was greeted at the desk by this warm, sweet and very friendly lady, Barbara. She is just wonderful and so helpful! Then to top that off, I was seen by Katelyn, the Hearing Instrument Specialist and she was amazing, truly amazing! She conducted my hearing testing and was so friendly, informative and highly skilled and knowledgeable. I knew right away that I was in good hands! She answered all of my questions, showed me my chart graph results and even methodically went over every detail. I felt like I was getting the VIP treatment for sure! Both ladies are so personable and so friendly! It didn't have that sterile medical office feel at all! To whomever is reviewing this to consider the right choice for your medical hearing care, rest assured, this is the right hearing treatment specialist for you! The day before I left for a week vacation I waded into a river with my hearing aid charger in my pocket. I called Barbara from South Dakota, who ordered a new charger for me over the phone AND arranged for my wife to pick up a loaner charger until the new one arrived. The Culpeper Hearing Center is #1 in customer service.

The adage, "Never met a stranger," originated at Next Level Hearing in Culpeper, VA, in the personalities of Katelyn Morris and Barbara Bailey. Add to that, extremely knowledgeable. I've endured hearing aids and "used car salesman" ineptitude for seven years. Katelyn pegged my problem to "ear buds" within five minutes. None of the three previous "Doctors" I trusted ever mentioned "occluded" and that function. Now, I'll promote myself a bit. No need for a hearing test to be anything but delightful. Katelyn and Barbara are wonderful to work with. Katelyn suggested a white noise machine with ocean wave sounds which helps me get right to sleep in spite of the ringing in my ears. Barbara makes you feel welcome and keeps on top of appointments in a polite and professional manner.

Barbara and kaytelyn were a pleasure to deal with. They put me at ease. As soon as I walked into the office. They explained everything step-by-step. They were caring and kind, and I will definitely recommend my family go there for all their Hearing needs 😀

I had a hearing exam a year and a half ago, by a different provider, who told me I had some hearing loss and sent me home, worried and confused. So this year I visited Next Level. Barbara reached out to me and confirmed my appointment, helped me with paperwork and generally made me feel welcomed. My test, administered by Katelyn was professionally explained and performed. She made sure I understood the findings and what my options were going forward. I will never go anywhere else for my hearing care. This place is hands down the best in at least a 3-county area.
