Jim was great with my 95 year old Mom. She’s weeks away from being 96, and yes, she had been resistant to getting hearing aids. Jim was so welcoming, took his time with us, and explained everything very well. My mother had gone decades not noticing how bad her hearing loss had gotten. She’s hearing now, and no longer misses out on conversations. Wonderful that we don’t have to speak loudly (yelling), and repeat ourselves anymore. My mother is so happy that her hearing aids are completely invisible to the public. She may be older, but she didn’t want people to know she was wearing them. I’ve asked her if she was wearing them 2 feet away from her, and she was. Truly, inconspicuous. If and when my hearing goes south, that’s where I’m going. I highly recommend Connect Hearing. These people and their products are the best.  Full stop.  I really did my homework before purchasing my hearing aids from Connect; I visited all of their competitors.  They did the most thorough interview and hearing test of any of the other vendors.   They were willing to let me try the devices before purchase which made a huge difference in my decision making process.  None of the others would let me even go outside the store to test. I've had the devices for a few years now and have had occasion to go back for a tweak once or twice.  Each and every time I've been there, I've been impressed with the the people, products, and service.  Everybody I've referred to them has been similarly impressed.   Make an appointment, go in for an evaluation, talk to Jim Henderson, you won't be sorry.
