Mr. King is very friendly, very likeable. I was at ease immediately. He showed me the results of my hearing test on a graph then showed me my hearing aids and how to use them and what to expect from wearing them. Overall a very positive experience!!!

Today I took in my brother’s hearing aids for a small repair and replacement of a tiny part. Dr Lowery treated that as though it was the most important thing on his schedule in that moment. He made the repair quickly, and now the hearing aids work perfectly. I am confident that a professional who gives that level of 100% attention to the tiny details, I can count on him for the big details if trouble comes. We won’t go anywhere else for hearing aids or service. Dr. Lowery is the best. COVID-19 protocols in place were also a big plus, given my brother’s age of 93 puts him in a high risk category.
