I have been extremely pleased for many years with Kathy William’s ability to fully understand my specific hearing needs and requirements. She has always been willing to take necessary time and effort to answer all of my questions. I have previously and will continue in the future to recommended Connect Hearing to relatives and friends.

I called to make an appointment for my Grandfather to have his hearing tested and Brittany was so helpful in finding a time that worked with my busy schedule so I could bring him in myself instead of having a care worker do it for me. I was even more impressed when I brought him in for the appointment. They have a welcoming and cheery office and the staff was excellent when dealing with my grandfather as he can be very difficult!

Such a well organized business and friendly staff! Will return to see Kathy with my family.

Brittany called today to remind me to schedule the 6 month cleaning and adjustment of my hearing aides. I asked if I could come by today and she managed to find a convenient time slot for me. I was greeted on entry and promptly evaluated by Ms. Williams. The staff are always prompt, cheerful, and helpful. My wife was initially seen by Ms. Williams as a self referral approximately 8 years ago. After hearing about her experience, I decided to be evaluated for my chronic hearing loss. This is my third set of hearing aides fitted by Ms. Williams. I recommend her and her staff without reservation. I trust her implicitly and would not see anyone else.

Wonderful customer service.

They have been helping my 104 year old uncle with his hearing. They are amazing!! They even came to a rehab once to bring him his new hearing aids. My uncle is still competent and gets around and they are wonderful when doing his testing.

Service has been excellent but I was shocked when I got my bill for a recent repair and it was $500, $200 more than a similar repai just a couple of years ago! I was told it would be about $300 or 350 when I brought it in 🙁

3 yrs. ago I went in & had my hearing checked by Cathy & I knew it was not good. After giving me info on how to get my hearing aids, they finally arrived. My husband was dying of cancer & I wanted to hear what he had to say to me. By the Grace of God, she made this possible! The hearing aids she had made for me changed my entire LIFE! I went through a stage of "what's that?" because it was sounds I had not heard in yrs. I could hear what my new granddaughter was saying, what the folks that had been trying to relay info to me, were saying w/out saying "HUH" all the time. Connect Hearing gave me back my life! My husband has been going to Connect Hearing for the last 5 years. Kathy Williams does a superb job of testing, following, and tweaking any issues that arise. The staff is very efficient and helpful. I also have had my hearing assessed by Kathy and was very pleased with the whole process.

I went for my scheduled appointment on Friday afternoon and everyone had gone home for the weekend. I just walked out and got my hearing aids somewhere else. Hope this isn’t representative of the service you get from these people. I wish the hearing aid places would show honest reviews. When you see all reviews are 5 stars, let the red flags fly. You will never see this review on their web site. Prove me wrong!!!

I’ve had a family member go here and the staff was amazing!! Especially Sam, he was very professional and pleasant when checking in my grandma. The atmosphere is really great I’d definitely recommend this place to other people.

Kathy and Rebecca at Connect Hearing in Temple, Texas are an amazing team. I have gone to Kathy for 10 years for hearing instruments, their repair and adjustment. She has truly changed my life for the better with the expert fitting of instruments and their adjustments. I am currently wearing a Phonak Audeo V-90 hearing instrument in each year and I have a blue tooth called the Com Pilot II that sends phone calls from my Samsung smart phone to the hearing aids. It is absolutely the best hearing over the phone I have had since age 20. Com Pilot II also pairs with a TV-link that brings all TV shows to me in the same incredible stereophonic, high fidelity as the blue tooth phone pairing. I can watch my favorite TV shows without bothering others in the house. If you want state=of-the-art instruments to bring you incredible hearing person-to-person, over the phone and while watching TV, this is where you need to go. Rebecca is there to make an appointment for you or to work you in when you have an emergency. Hearing checks are free conducted in a blissfully quiet, peaceful environment. This is a great team! I give them five stars!

Horrible experience with the receptionist!! Not the friendliest person..... Had to get DOT physical and need my hearing checked with hearing aides on....I was desperate and needed this done ASAP and she would not get me in.... I told her to Cathy to call me and she never even called me! No concern at all!! So I went over to Livingston hearing they were wonderful took care of my problem!! Needless to say I will not be back to Jones Hearing on Canyon Creek in Temple......no patient care 😂
