Everyone there was so nice and explanatory. The audiolodist (i think that's what he is) was very helpful in assisting me with the complicated hearing aids.

The receptionist was able to determine that the aids had to be sent in so no appointment was necessary. She was quick and efficient.

Great customer service. Dr G explained why my hearing aids weren’t working well, why my insurance wouldn’t pay, etc. He was very honest & upfront about everything

Dr Ginapp was great ! He explained everything where I could understand it. I look forward to my next visit. Hopefully every thing will go okay and I will get a new hearing aid. And my world of hearing will change.

Ot was a 3 month follow up visit. It was on time. My aids were adjusted. I had a good discussion with my tech. Done in 15 minutes. Will return in 6 months

Very friendly ...Jennifer(hearing specialists) helped my mom find a new hearing aid set. She is so nice & has helped mom in past few years. So is great & so patient with mom when mom asks her to repeat what she said due to mom's severe loss of hearing on both sides. The receptionist is just as friendly...2 great employees.

Fantastic service!

I was treated with the utmost respect when I went to see about getting hearing aids. I was given a hearing test to make sure that I was fitted with the correct hearing aids. I was a bit nervous about this new chapter in my life, but Jennifer was very understanding and supportive . I could not have asked for better service.
