Bought hearing aids here and loved them. After 3 years, got a new pair. They always give free hearing aids for the life of the aids which is a help. Their doctor, receptionist and technical person are all very professional and friendly. Would not go anywhere else for hearing aids.

Rebecca Field Powell is very caring and very friendly with her patients.Im going there for more than 5 years amazing customer service and very helping and the crew is very friendly. I will recommend all my friend and family to go there. Asolutely highly recommended location

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced when seeking out hearing aids. They are the best hearing aids I’ve had in 13 years. All staff are truly concerned about giving you the best aids for giving you the best hearing you can experience.

Dr. Fields is there to help. She is not afraid to hear that you’re not satisfied. She takes your comments and finds a solution to the problem. She will work with you as long as it takes.

Excellent! The front person is courteous and cheerful. The audiologist was meticulous with the exam and with all explanations. Even assisted me getting my phone tied in. I walked out with two hearing aids to test for a week. No hard sell, no making me feel like "why did I come here" In fact... so glad I did!

Dr. Powell was very friendly and made sure to explain all the tests to me before each one. She went over the results with me which were in graphic form, and discussed my insurance coverage. I don't need hearing aids yet but I'd definitely come back! The receptionist was also very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I highly recommend this place for your hearing needs!

Pick up batteries for my hearing aids and they offered to clean the hearing aids, replacing the filter and the chips. Great friendly people that know what they're doing.

I needed one of my hearing aids repaired yesterday. I called in the afternoon and got an appointment for this morning. The repair was done in about 5 minutes and I was on my way. Fast friendly service.

I have a severe hearing loss in the high frequency range. Saw Dr. Powell. She brought a fresh approach involving adjustments to my hearing program. Just what I was hoping for. I am very pleased and plan to go back. The receptionist also was attentive and had gotten my file for my appointment from another Connect Hearing going back to 2004 so Dr Powell had my complete history and my last hearing test.

The staff and Dr. Powell are always courteous, professional and very helpful. They go out of their way to make your experience with them very easy and they do not pressure you to make a decision. Dr. Powell takes the time to talk to you about different options and costs associated. I felt very comfortable with them and with the decisions I made regarding my hearing. Thank you!

I ABSOLUTELY highly recommend this location! I was very pleased with my visit and consultation, especially as I needed to find a closer doctor and develop an ongoing comprehensive plan for my hearing loss. The front office personnel was very polite, cordial and check in was timely. And Dr. Powell is very knowledgeable, patient, warm and attentive. She asks key questions and she explains the various nuances that may help you to alleviate or avoid any trouble spots that you may not have known before- in short; she's thorough! I left my appointment Friday, 05/11//18 very pleased!

I have been going to see Dr Powell and Belinda for 4 or 5 years and have always been satisfied with the service and polite way I am treated. I get good information about the newest hearing aids and can then make informed decisions. I have two TV bluetooth recievers and a remote neck reciever and they are the best items I have ever purchased. The TV recievers let me not only hear the TV at my level but make the words clearer. Remember tell your loved ones to get hearing aids as soon as they begin to loose hearing because their brain is "unlearning to hear". If they are worried about people seeing their hearing aids, tell them "I can see your glasses!"

Dr. Powell and Belinda were absolutely wonderful during the entire process from making my appointment to doing the exam and making recommendations as a result of my exam. The exam was very through and as Dr. Powell reviewed my results I was pleased that she gave me a variety of options based on my desires and needs. I never felt once that she was pushing me in any direction. I highly recommend Connect hearing for any needs related to hearing difficulties.

Started here when it was Jones Hearing based on the recommendation from Troy Duncan and I have never regretted it! The service here is unequaled anywhere. Friendliest and most technically knowledgeable Doctor of Audiology and support staff. Would go nowhere else!
