They gave me great service and attention WAY MORE THAN I expected because I just walked in hoping they had time for me. They were extremely busy but they took care of my issue and questions between customers! I was so pleased and HAPPY to wait because I don’t live in the area but was near for a doctors appointment. I love this place. All are great!

We got off to a rocky start on my first maintenance visit with cleaning because I was being charged for a broken ear wire and I previously had not been charged. I paid for it.At my yearly checkup, two weeks later, Kendra Lomeli, the hearing care professional, explained to me that my warranty had expired and that is why I was being charged. They should have told me that at the front desk. Kendra was very knowledgeable about hearing issues and the products they sell. I'm glad I went back.

I purchased hearing aids several months back. Am having problems with connecting to my phone. I have called and left messages for someone to call me back with assistance. No return call.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Rude Staff My mom purchased her hearing aids from this facility, and when one needed repair, we brought it in hoping for prompt and professional service. After several attempts to get through and finally securing an appointment, they sent the hearing aid out for repair. We were told it would be expedited due to the delays we had already experienced. Two weeks passed with no update. Despite their promises to call with information, we heard nothing back. I had to keep following up myself. Update after visiting in person: I stopped by to express my frustration, and spoke with Ashtyn and Kendra at the front desk. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering an apology, they admitted they didn’t return my calls, but became extremely defensive and “offended” when I said the way the situation was handled seemed incompetent. Rather than addressing the poor service, they focused on how busy they were and implied that I should be more understanding of their inability to answer the phone. The lack of empathy or accountability was stunning. Ashtyn ended the conversation by telling me, “Good luck finding a hearing aid place for your mom,” which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the disregard for their customers, especially seniors relying on essential devices, is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this business.

Brought my 5 year old son here for a checkup and the whole experience was so good. The front office staff was very kind and welcoming and Dr Leavitt was so good with my son. My son is very shy and quiet but he was able to put him at ease and made the tests seem fun. 10 out 10 recommend to anyone who needs an audiologist for their kiddos.

The hearing test was very through. Courteous people but I was surprised that I had to pay $75 for hearing test results. I had an ENT appointment that morning and I wasn't sure that results would reach ENT dr on time. They then offered two pages of test results for $50. I accepted that. The results did get faxed by the time of my appointment. I felt upset about the charge for my hearing test.

The office staff were great, and Dane provided an overall fantastic visit. A young professional who embodies that word completely! Informative, attentive, communitive, and amenable. We would wish all of our medical office encounters could be this great! Highly recommended, I will ONLY return here if needed!
