My wife has been a patient at Adriatica Audiology now AudioNova for many years. This morning we discovered she had an ear bud stuck in her ear. We called the McKinney clinic (this is where she always went) and asked if she could come in and have the ear bud removed. We had a 3:00 appointment, went in and the bud was removed within a couple of minutes. Previously with the old management these type of quick (under 5 minutes) visits were no charge. Today (Oct. 30,2025) this quick visit costs us $50.00. Yes shame on us for not asking up front, but $50 is outrageous. It is sad that a long time customer is charged a ridiculous price for a very simple fix. Let's just say that is the last time we will visit that clinic or any clinic run by AudioNova. Caution to anyone contacting them, be sure to get accurate pricing upfront.

I had an amazing experience at AudioNova in McKinney. Marco was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all my options and set me up with incredible Phonak Audeo Sphere (i90) hearing aids that have completely changed the way I hear TV and conversations. The price was very fair, and Marco even included some extras to make sure I had the best possible setup at home. He really went above and beyond. I highly recommend AudioNova McKinney to anyone looking for hearing help!

Took my father in to complete a hearing test and get fitted for new hearing aids and had a great experience. Would highly recommend this office.

New to this office but have used connect hearing for years. Very nice & so helpful from 1st phone call to actually being there.

I have always been happy with the service I've received. Although on my recent visit, I took my hearing aids, which were replaced because they were still under warranty and were not working. When I took them in to be set up, and to my surprise, I was charged $65 for this service. It would have been nice to have been made aware that there would be a charge for this service.

Six stars. I purchased hearing aids from my ENT doctor, who is excellent and highly rated. I was never satisfied with the audiologist. I had the feeling there were issues with my aids that were unresolved. So I visited Adriatica and Louis figured it out. He made changes to the equipment and gave instructions on how to avoid the poor functioning app on my iPhone. The improvement in performance is amazing. Outstanding.

From the staff to Dr. Barry, Dr. Dane and Louis are all very friendly and helpful in any way they can. I have been under their care for around 7 years.

Small local businesses should at least act like they appreciate your business and realize it’s the CUSTOMER that keeps them in business. I went to the McKinney location and the lady at the front desk treated me, looked at me, and spoke to me like I was a bother and an idiot. Maybe I was a bother but I am no idiot. I am smart enough to know they don’t care about CUSTOMERS. Fine, I left and will take my business elsewhere.

Though I have had hearing problems since I was young, I was able to get by without hearing aids until later in adulthood. I went here to get help when the time came. I have been very pleased with their customer service and care. Always a great experience!

Quick service

My wife has used high-end hearing aids for years, and because we have moved a number of times, we have used a number of providers. Adriatica is in a class by themselves, for too many reasons to list here. Denny is amazingly knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. The hearing aids he recommended are far better than others we have spent thousands of dollars on, and follow-up visits in their beautiful facility are so enjoyable and encouraging. Five stars PLUS!

Great place! They know what to do if you have hearing problems. I will get my new hearing aids after my test a week ago.

There remain few places where one can find the level of customer service that used to be the norm, where no question was too outlandish and every request was seriously considered (and usually met!). Adriatica Audiology is one such place. Everyone from the audiologists to the receptionists are professional in every way. Highly recommend them!

Very friendly staff, easy to communicate with. Easy walk in... If ever I have a question, need a quick fix, or running low on supplies, very helpful! Strongly recommended!!! Location is easy to get to with limited parking...

Dr Barry is awsome!!

Staff is nice, although seemed a bit rushed and was hoping that they would clean my hearing aids and thought they were, but they didn't, hopefully next time, when I come back to get the new molded ear piece, is when they'll do it.

I am a 47 year-old with degenerative hearing loss. It has been deteriorating for the past couple of years. I went to Adriatica Audiology and met Denny. I had my hearing tested and received my set of hearing aids right then. The staff is professional, courteous, and so helpful. I love that I can hear EVERYTHING now! I have recommended AA repeatedly to friends and family.

Bary, Denny and Kathy are the best. They answer every question, take the time to personalize your hearing aids, and make adjustments when necessary. I can't say enough about their customer service and attention to detail. I wish all businesses were run with this much attention to customer service A+.

Kathy, who is at the front desk, clearly showed that not only are Adriatica Audiology services very professional but that the services she provides Adriatica Audiology patients are excellent in every which way that counts.
