Crystal was amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations. I just moved here from out of state, literally yesterday. I was having issues with one of my hearing aids. I called Audio Nova, and spoke with Crystal. She had me come in immediately, and helped me. She was able to fix my hearing aid. I will definitely be a customer as long as I live here. The Customer service was out of this world!

I was very happy with the whole experience. Lady at front desk was great. The doctor was exceptional and very knowledgeable. I left with a complete understanding and very positive outlook.

Was told in order to get a diagnosis of tinnitus for VA purposes, that a hearing test would need to be performed. My husband completed the test, and then was told that tinnitus can’t be diagnosed because it’s based on what people claim. Obviously for VA purposes this is wrong, so now he must go to a different doctor and go through the process again. It is wrong not to be honest and upfront with people

The VA set up this appointment but I got in quickly. Nice establishment, professional, and clean. The doctor was great, very thorough, and she took the time to explain the testing and the results. I haven't got my hearing aids yet but I look forward to them.

So glad I found the Audio Novo location in Marble Falls. My transition from Connect Hearing was terrible and I wound up at the wrong place for awhile. I learned that one of my hearing aids had a different serial number. Apparently Victor with Connect Hearing switched one out for me without my knowledge, and without reassigning the new one to me. Thanks to Crystal for unraveling the mystery for me and getting the problem resolved. And thanks to Lexi for replacing the broken receiver. I can finally hear again! Such great customer service for a desperate walk-in. Thanks again!

I hate leaving negative reviews. However, the staff could be more forthcoming, and the receptionist should be clearer about what the appointment is for. Also if you have insurance and you want to use it, be sure you do all the steps beforehand, because they don't help with that. They do offer cash discounts to skip the insurance problem.

Estes was very welcoming and pleasant. All the styles and add ones were explained by Kathy. Very enjoyable experience .

Able to call you to schedule an appointment 2 wks from when you called then have an argumentative young woman that only works mondays, make you take a hearing aid test even though I’ve taken 2 of them last year then tell you that you are not getting anymore hearing aids even though they promised me that I’m able to get a 3rd set

A pleasant experience. The receptionist was welcoming and patient with us old folks; so was the "tester"...can't think of the proper term...We left encouraged, and that's always a good thing.

Everyone was friendly and helpful in explaining the process and the different types of hearing aids. They made sure you understood how I would react to having hearing aids and that help is always available.

I saw an Audiologist who seemed knowledgeable. She was pleasant and easy to talk with throughout the appointment.

Dr Kathy Newbill is very professional, caring for her patients, and is in no rush. I got to my appointment late because of another appointment in Austin; she took her time to give me a good assessment of my hearing needs, and I would recommend her to anyone needing this sort of assessment. .

every member of the staff was very professional and spent the time necessary to make sure we understood what was going on and the hearing tests, fitting and final hearing with the hearing aids worked properly.
