Albert Zhang, H.I.S.

Albert Zhang, H.I.S., is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova's Irving clinic. With expertise in tinnitus consultation, hearing aid fitting, cerumen removal, and working with diverse populations, he is committed to improving hearing accessibility and empowering individuals with hearing loss to thrive. Albert's academic achievements include graduating from the University of Iowa in 3.5 years with a degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, where he earned a spot on the President's List. Professionally, Albert is affiliated with the Texas Hearing Aid Association, the International Hearing Society, and Audiology Online. His passion lies in enhancing communication and fostering connections for those with hearing loss, ensuring they can fully engage in every aspect of life. Outside of his professional pursuits, Albert enjoys spending time with family, exploring nature, and staying active through social and community events.

I made an appointment for ear service...reached on time and upon inspecting ear, the Dr said they cannot or they are not equipped to address my ear wax issue. Had to return without any services. Why would they book it in first place while I specifically clearly mentioned the service need? Waste of my time and doctors time.

My experience started at the reception desk. The ladies at the reception desk have the top of the line customer service. I entered the room where Dr. Bare carefully explained every step of his evaluation of my hearing. He explained everything he had found about my hearing and allowed me to sample a pair of hearing aids. To be honest, I was a little afraid of finding out my results, but Dr. Bare made me feel like I was family. Please, if you don't read any other comment, please keep mine in mind. You will be glad you took my word! You will not be disappointed! I know I'm coming back!

Dr. Bare was great! I actually cried after finding out results of exam. After carefully explaining my exam results, going over my options, he had already begun process for fitting demo aids to my ears. I could not believe that I was actually walking out with a pair of top of the line demos for trial period. I am hearing all that I was missing including my grandchildren calling from their bedroom without having to scream to the top of their lungs. So far, the aids, they have been great. My next test comes during Sunday church services.
