My experience was truly awesome! The receptionist was very professional and caring. My doctor Eric was so informative and genuinely interested in my testing of my ears. He showed me every test step by step. He ordered me my hearing aids on the spot. I do not have to pay anything. Thank you Jesus for Eric! I am disabled and really appreciate them for caring for me. I will recommend Connect Hearing to everyone I know. They deserve a ten star rating.

This is my second time to get hearing aids with hearing connect. I liked the personal attention that I have received. I would suggest that people check them out.

Never been here before

This was the most pleasant experience for the ears for me and my mom. Mother loved Dr Amy. And the first time she wore a hearing aide for Dr Amy. She was patient with mom and did not try and push aides on her. Dr Amy showed where her hearing had decreased and only advised her of her choice. She tried the aides out and all I hear now is ..I got get the aides. They truly helped her a lot in dealing and coping with life...quality life. Dr Amy let her wear a pair over the weekend and she was smiling with a change of attitude...she now belong again. Thanks Dr Amy...Hope to see you soon.

Met Dr Amy at a health fair about 6 months ago. Made an appointment for a hearing test. No test. Too much wax in the left ear. So we tried to get it out. It was not going anywhere. That was painful. My provider tried and could not move it also. One ENT doctor said surgery maybe. I said no. So months later I saw Dr Amy again. Made another appointment. Determined to get that ball of wax out she probed again it moved. She flushed and bam!!!!!wax out. Ear throbbing. But a good throb!! Your tenacity gave me my hearing back in my left ear!!!! Thanks Dr Amy. You are great!!!!! You are the Dr of the year of the ear. OMG!!! THANK YOU!! MY HEARING IS GREAT!!!!!

Really appreciated the candid, practical approach and support. Also love that they carry high-tech hearing aid lines that can be serviced elsewhere in case we end up moving. Super pleased, and loving the new aid!

Went in in July of 2021 to try new hearing aids because it had been 5 years since new hearing aids. In my judgment, Kathryn, is the best I have used at Connect Hearing over the 20 + years I have been going to the Northwest hwy location. Professional, smart, and enthusiastic about helping to to make the best hearing possible for me. Great at explaining hearing test and what it meant to me. Probably will not be there long though because she will be promoted to bigger things. Have been going to Connect Hearing on Northwest Highway since 2004 and the personnel has changed over the years and some have been better than others. However, all seemed genuinely interested in providing the best service and address my issues. The current audiologist, Dr. Bishop, is excellent! Very smart and if you want to understand why something works or will not work for you, she will put it in simple language and explain it. Very professional.

Purchased my hearing aids from them 5 years ago. They continue to make complementary minor adjustments. Always friendly and very service oriented.

As always, the doctor saw me on time, listened to my issues and made the necessary adjustments to my new hearing aids! I hear great and am thankful the doctor helped me decide on the hearing aids that work best for me.

From the initial exam and throughout the prescribing and dispensing of my Phonak hearing aids, everything was clearly explained to me, as well as what options I had available. My hearing aids are wonderful and provide me great flexibility for different listening environments, including conversations in noisy areas, listening to music, TV, talking on the phone and much, much more. Very satisfied and highly recommend this place.

I am very pleased with the hearing aids I received from Connect Hearing. The doctor at the Northwest Hwy location really listened to me when I explained my hearing issues and then has worked closely with me after receiving my hearing aides to adjust them. I was having problems with hearing aide in my right ear not being comfortable. She determined that it was due to ear canal being small and miss-shaped due to some prior surgeries. She recommended a custom mold ear piece and now I am delighted with them! I am very grateful that she didn't just brush me off but really listened to my concerns and worked to find a solution that met my needs. The receptionist is very pleasant and always works with me to find a time to accomodate my schedule since I travel frequently. I highly recommend the Connect Hearing Office at Northwest Hwy in Dallas.
