My husband got his hearing aids there at Estes Audiology last year. He was a tough customer. Didn't want them. Found something to complain about on every aspect. They were so gracious and competent handling everything he complained about. They had a solution for every one of his complaints! He said too expensive. They offered 0% financing! He thought the sound was too loud. They adjusted them and also showed him how he could further adjust them himself. They sync with his mobile phone so that he now has crystal clear conversations now. He has gotten so used to wearing them that he forgot he had them on and got in the shower with them on. Uh Oh! We took the hearing aids back to them and they dried them out. No worries! I'm just saying, you will love the care and attention you get from Estes Audiology!

I took my 82 year old mother to Estes audiology to see about hearing aides last week and 3 days later we went back to pick up the hearing aides. My mother is beyond happy to hear again and the hearing aides are so comfortable she doesn’t even know they are in her ears. The Audiologist, Grace and every staff member we came in contact with were patient, knowledgeable and the nicest I have met in a long time. They made us feel genuinely cared for. We will recommend Estes and their team to anyone who is experiencing hearing loss.

Very Professional and knowledgeable ear examination.

Check in was a little cumbersome but the audiology testing was professional. The Dr. explained what she was doing each step of the way and she explained the results in detail and in a way I could easily understand.

I’m visiting friends in Boerne and my right side hearing aid quit working. Sent an email to see if they could see me and possibly fix my aid, went in staff was amazing and fixed for problem!! Changed the wire and I’m back in business. Staff was awesome and very friendly!! Keep up the great work

Dr Rachel is a consummate professional. Puts excellence and Care into all she does. Meticulous. Detail conscious. Yet good bedside Manner and patient and caring with her patients. She took her time to include me in the process of gaining my hearing back and understanding what was going on and why. I will always thank her for the rest of my life. I highly recommend her to anyone and I wish more doctors took the time and care that she did
