I had an exceptionally good experience at Audio Nova hearing center on White Station in Memphis. The technician who helped me, Shanaz Jamal, was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs!

Very thorough and helpful

Finally reached the point where there was enough (moderate) high frequency hearing loss to get hearing aids. Shanal was very patient and helpful. Settled on a set of non-AI Phonax, which seemed to make some difference, but not a drastic amount. Then, we added a portable device, called a Roger, which is basically a combo microphone and pointer. That has made a HUGE difference; it’s like wearing studio headphones and everyone is speaking directly into a microphone. It can be adjusted for one-on-one conversations or table talk. The Roger has given me much better and clearer hearing again. Thanks, Shanal!!!

I’m very pleased with my new hearing aids plus all the service I’m receiving. The Roger accessory is exactly what I needed. I can now hear movies clearly on our TV. I’m completely satisfied and very happy. My clinician is Shanaz Jamal .

Dr. Shanas was very professional in her approach and customer focused. She took the time to address my questions and was very knowledgeable with reference to the hearing process and difficulties that arise with age and external factors.

Awesome people here. I had been to several highly rated ENTs over the past two years. I have had hearing loss for years, no help from the ENTs. Within just a couple of months I was shown that I have a hole in my left ear drum. Also got my hearing aids. Mrs. Tidwell and her team are great. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Kaitlin Tidwell was very professional & friendly. There was no wait time for my visits. She took quite a while removing all the wax from my ears & did an excellent job. I recommend Taylor Hearing to anyone having hearing problems.
