The staff is very friendly and immediately makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. The audiologist took her time explaining and showing all the options. During the fitting of my hearing aids, she made sure I knew how to put in and take out the devices and was comfortable with them. Would highly recommended Taylor Hearing to anyone.

Doing a review for Taylor Hearing Center Franklin Tenn. I had an appointment at 900 am Traffic was backed up on 65 I called and said I was going to be late. I was told to come on anyway. Arrived at 9:15 no one was waiting. Two women at the counter . No customers to be seen. I told them who I was and was told as I was 15 min late I would have to reschedule. I told them I called to say I was stuck in traffic and was told to come on. They said that was their Nashville location answering and I would have to reschedule. Very rude and when I said I drove all the way from Pulaski her response was “why” I said I will not be rescheduling with you again! How many times do we wait at least a have hr or more on a doctor. I hope this goes viral. Maybe then they will think twice about their response.

Paige Stromen is the very best audiologist. She was able to fit me in on very short notice to help me when one of my hearing aids failed and required a repair to restore function. Her knowledge enabled her to assess and repair quickly. Obviously some items need to go back to the manufacturer and not everything is a quick repair.... but her knowledge means not everything has to go back either.... Paige, thank you for being available and thank you for your wealth of knowledge and skill.

I can't say enough about this location and the staff. 10 out 10 all the way. I have known for yrs that I had hearing loss. Finally said enough is enough. Excellent service and amazing how my new hearing aides preform and feel. You really do forget that they are even there.

Office staff is very accommodating. Wait times have been short. I was very pleased with the extensive testing for my hearing loss due to Meniere's Disease to determine correct hearing device for my needs. HIGHLY recommend Joanna Sabatini as your hearing specialist!
