McKayla Repath, H.I.S

McKayla Repath, HIS, is a Hearing Aid Specialist for AudioNova in the Dickson clinic. She began her career in the industry as a Patient Care Coordinator. Inspired by her early experiences and the mentorship of a deaf Hearing Instrument Specialist in Key West, she quickly realized her passion for becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist. McKayla's clinical specialties include hearing aid fittings, adjusting to amplification, and counseling. She graduated from Northshore Tech in May 2021 with a major in Healthcare Administration. Her husband's military career took them to various locations, including Key West, Houston, Pensacola, and Boston, before they settled in Nashville. This experience taught her the importance of understanding patients' needs. Her favorite part of being a hearing care provider is witnessing the profound impact hearing devices have on patients and their loved ones. Outside of work, McKayla enjoys traveling with her husband, with a goal of visiting all 50 states. She also loves cooking, football, and her two cats. As a native of New Orleans, she is a devoted Saints fan.

An amazing Place! I contacted the location in Paris TN to get my hearing aid serviced. I had damaged the ear piece. My work takes me all over the region (Dump Truck) and I mentioned Dickson TN and the gentleman promptly arranged for me to visit them there to get the repair done. They contacted the manufacturer and had a new piece made and delivered to their location in less than a week. I was expecting it to take weeks! Amber the lady in Dickson was Very diligent and Courteous! I'm sure they'll take care of your needs too!

Greeted by a friendly smiling face when I entered. I did not have to wait anytime before I was taken back for my hearing test where again I was greeted by a smiling and friendly face. I was made to feel very comfortable while having my test and afterwards the results were explained in a matter I could understand. Thank you.

Since I purchased my hearing aids 2 years ago, I have seen four different technicians. Only this last one showed me how to use the app and adjusted the settings so that I could finally hear clearly. I hadn’t realized how poorly I was hearing with these expensive ear pieces until then!

Giving 5 stars because they deserve them. When I first arrived, I was greeted with a smiling face (something you don't always see much any more). When I got back to the exam room, I was again greeted with a smile. He (I think Zachary?) put me at ease before going into the actual "booth" for the actual test. The entire experience was excellent. Staff was professional yet courteous at all times. Will definitely be returning.

Honestly the service is good and free, so I can’t complain about it. However I wasn’t happy with the fact they didn’t give us $20 gas card which they agreed and confirmed just the day before appointment. We made great efforts to get up early and drove 40 minutes to get there. I felt it’s a waste of time. Disappointed ☹️ Update: Had conversation with them over the phone, was told the $20 gas gift card will be sent by mail in 4-6 weeks. So we will see. Update: it’s February 1st 2023. This business is a liar. They followed my initial review and contacted me about the $20 gift card. They said we were eligible to get the gift card, but would take a few weeks. Now 5 months gone, still no gift card at all. Recently I received their flyer in mail and recalled that they still owed me a gift card. Tried to call them but no answer. What a shame on them people keep lying over $20. I honestly have no idea why people gave them good reviews. Ridiculous!!

I was uncomfortable when a new person i had never met asked to work on my hearing aids. A proper introduction when staff changes occur is recommended. Requested adjustments to my aids was not possible due to the construction noise.
