Fantastic and efficient! Walked in and asked about a problem with my hearing aid. Danyelle assessed it, quoted me a price to repair it, did the repair and I was able to get in with my day! Customer service at its best.

I knew from my audiology tests that I needed hearing aids but I was reluctant to pursue this. Having heard of complaints from friends who had difficulty in choosing a hearing aid and being unhappy after purchasing one based on online ads. Eventually, following the strong recommendation of a friend, I decided to make an appointment with Kara at Connect Hearing (AudioNova) in Summerville. After this appointment it surprised me that most of my hesitation and anxiety had disappeared. Kara patiently addressed every concern I had and assured me that she will be available to assist me through the period of adjustment to the hearing aid. In fact, I was given a generous length of time to use the hearing aids before committing to them. Kara was available and willing to meet with me as often as I felt necessary, in order to do any adjustments needed to make me comfortable with my new hearing aid. Even when she was not available when I requested an appointment, she was kind enough to ask one of the other audiologists (Janet) or the hearing care coordinator (Danyelle) to see me and to address my concerns. All three were professional and knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and extremely patient with me. I recommend their services without any hesitation.

I use Connect Hearing for my annual hearing exam and hearing aids. Kara Mockitis is my Audiologist and she is the only person I would use to help me with my hearing. She is a pleasure to work with, is thorough and professional and has recommended perfect hearing aids specifically for my needs. Highly recommend Connect Hearing and especially Kara.

When I had my hearing tested at Connect Hearing, Kara wouldn't let me have a copy of the test. She said I had a mild hearing loss and hearing aids would help my hearing from deteriorating and help me from loosing cognition. I bought the hearing aids and didn't find any difference in my hearing. I finally got a second opinion from an audiologist (who gave me a copy of my evaluation). He said my loss was very mild and wouldn't recommend hearing aids at this time. I believe I was sold hearing aids just to make a sale.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bish at Connect Hearing (formerly Palmetto Audiology) for many years, and would never consider a different doctor. Dr. Bish is a caring professional who always treats me like I'm the only patient there. She takes the time to explain the different appliance options, and let me know which ones will be out beneficial for my hearing needs. Whenever I have as be had questions or needed assistance she and her staff are ready and willing to assist! If you are looking for the BEST doctor and practice, you have just found it!
