The staff at Elite hearing in North Charleston; hearing specialist, Adam & patient care coordinator Kendra, were very professional and courteous. Adam was very attentive to my husbands needs and explained everything very thoroughly. He listened to and answered any questions that we had and explained and demonstrated things in a way that we could undestand them. I believe Adam truly enjoys what he does and it is evident in his work. Kendra has also been courteous and helpful with anything I have requested of her.

My husband and I had a great experience at Elite Hearing Center! Adam did a great job of explaining how the hearing aid works, and how you have to retrain your brain to be able to hear correctly. My wife had been on me for at least for a year about getting hearing aids. As we watched TV i would always ask her "what did he or she say?? my wife would get so mad and yell, " I wish you would go get hearing aids!!! Later, I turned on my PC and searched the areas close to my location. There were many to choose from, but there was one that caught my interest, "Elite Hearing, "free hearing test! I made my appt, my life of not hearing well was about to be restored. Adam was on duty the day of my appointment, Adam made me feel he was truly sincere about my hearing problem and would do everything he could to help me. Adman took the time to explain all the different devices and benefits of each one. When Adam had concluded the hearing test , it proved my hearing values was in a crisis situation. Adam explained all my options of devices and cost. I went home with those options and told my wife the same. Together we mad the decision I couldn't wait any longer. I can't thank Adam enough for his concern and his professional advise shared with me that day. Adam made it possible for me to hear the birds singing and many other sounds I haven't heard in such a long time. Each day, I hear a new sound. My wife and I wanted to have hearing tests. She did not wear hearing aids, but I have for several years, and I thought my current aids were not working well. We had no trouble getting an appointment at Elite Hearing Center in North Charleston. The receptionist and the audiologist were both very kind and pleasant. My wife and I were tested and opted to get new hearing aids. I believe the whole experience was top notch and very thorough. We are enjoying our new aids and hearing much better. I was real skeptical about getting hearing aids, but once I me everyone at the office I was at ease. They are great down to earth people that care about your comfort and we'll bring. I highly recommend them.

I'm a traveling Tech and I needed the wax traps for my hearing aides. I) tried 3 other hearing aide places that wouldn't answer their phones. I called elite hearing and the front desk lady answered on the second ring.(kudos #1) She had the hearing tech return my call. He called faster than what I was told (kudos #2) They took care of this veteran with a smile and a handshake.

This place is amazing!!! Tony Peck and the receptionists have been so friendly every time I have gone here with my mom for her first hearing aids.
