Sarah was totally unorganized and truly wasted our time. We gave our insurance information and she didn't follow that at all. We spent 2 hours with her and it was a waste of time. She then needed us to make another appointment for 1 hour and a half. We were not going back to see her. She spoke to my husband in an unprofessional manner. Sarah was quoting us $4700 for a pair of hearing aides. With our insurance, there is only a co-pay which is fairly cheap. We don't recommend this office. We decided to try another Audio Nova location and they were awesome! Their office in North Charleston is great! Fast, efficient and professional.

Michael was Super about explaining the history of hearing aide development, options & price options for most any price range & insurance. It’s hard to believe a lot of people whose job is to help BUT also Sales. 🤔. But with Michael’s family & personal experience with hearing aides you know he probably tried many different hearing aides Himself & with his family & he tries very hard to give u the same service as he would want himself. Elite Hearing is the best place for hearing aids. Michael does such a great job with cleaning your ears, explaining the hearing aids, and making sure the hearing aids are comfortable for you. When you go back in for follow up checks, Michael goes over cleaning steps, and then cleans your hearing aids, checks for upgrades and loads them and answers any questions you have. It's the best experience when you get the new hearing aids and everything is explained and handled in such a helpful way. I definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure to meet with Michael Beasley, May 26, 2022, at the Mt. Pleasant office. He was so friendly & professional, which I truly appreciate. He is very knowledgeable and explained, in detail, about the testing that was going to be done. After the testing, he explained all the different types of hearing aids they have available & I was able to select the one that I feel will work best for me. I've never been one who wanted to wear hearing aids but now I'm looking forward to having them fit to me this week. I'lll definitely recommend Elite Hearing & Michael to anyone looking for better hearing!

I had a wonderful opportunity to meet with Michael Beasley today to check out my hearing aides since I haven’t been wanting to wear them. They had become uncomfortable and burdensome. After about ten minutes of being with Michael, he shared all kinds of knowledge and valuable information that I had never heard before about my hearing aide usage. He corrected all of my problems and sent me home wearing my aides correctly and showing me everything I needed to continue wearing them. The amount of time he spent with me along with his patience, knowledge and care made me realize I had made an excellent choice in meeting with him today.

Just took my elderly mother to Elite - Michael Beasley went out of his way to make my mother feel comfortable during her hearing test. He was very professional as well as friendly and understanding to her financial limitations living on a fixed income.

Highly recommend! My hearing aids had taken a beating from wearing masks over the past 14 months until my right one finally stopped working. Michael not only replaced the wire in just a few minutes he replaced the wire for the left one at the same time. They're like new again! He also showed me a trick for mask removal without damaging or losing hearing aids.

UNBELIEVABLE. I'm 66 years old, a college professor, and have taught leadership and customer service to more than a hundred thousand people in 10 nations. I have NEVER received service anywhere near the caliber of service I received yesterday, and Michael Beasley is responsible. From the moment I entered until I left hours later, he not only performed flawlessly with my examination, testing, and programming, but took the time to explain everything in non-technical language that I easily understood. I received a patient version of a "Doctor of Audiology" education from a wise and patient man. He exceeded my expectations in every way possible. My name is Ricky Driggers and I have never done anything like this before, I am 61 years of age and was having problems hearing, I saw in the paper hearing aids cheep so I made an appointment to check it out. Once there I met Brook the receptionist and she was so sweet. Her parents should be proud of her, Then I met Dr Mike, This guy was awesome! He listened to me and my wife and never rushed us. He cleaned out my ears at no charge, then gave me a hearing test. He then explained the results and confirmed I had a substantial hearing loss. He explained the types of hearing aids in great detail, I told him I was retired and on a fixed income. Needless to say he found me hearing aids that fit my budget and they work great! Between Brook and Dr Mike I was treated with nothing but professionalism. They are awesome and I recommend them highly!!!! My life has been changed forever because of them.
