Very helpful. Good, friendly, cheerful service. I researched their hearing aids and they are the best in terms of managing different environments automatically for the best clarity and comprehension. Not the least expensive but the best available. 4 spaced microphones in each hearing aid gives sound input to digital processors that sort out sounds you want to hear from sounds that you don't.

This place is fantastic..my 90 year old husband can now hear with his hearing aides..since audio nova took over it was literally a miracle after his hearing aides were adjusted, he heard a movie in a theater, the first time in 5 years..Dr Bethany also adjusted my hearing aides ..so grateful for all the smiling faces and welcoming behavior

In the past few weeks, I have visited twice. First, to get my hearing aids cleaned. Second, to get right aid repaired. Always fretted with a smile. Always had my concerns addressed quickly and efficiently. Thankful for their help in restoring my hearing!

The folks at AudioNova on Hilton Head are professional, friendly and very responsive. I get an annual hearing test and hearing aid updates. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was not hearing well with my old hearing aid. Called Elite hearing aid center on Hilton Head. SC. They gave me an appointment right away. Travis gave me the most through hearing exam I ever had. He found that I had hearing my right ear which I had been told for years I was deaf. I purchased both hearing aid and Travis programmed them. I hear the best I have heard for most of my life. I highly recommend the staff at Elite hearingcenter at Hilton head . My wife and family are thrilled that I can hear again Thank you.

Kudos to your staff at the Hilton Head office. I thought my vacation would be spoiled when my hearing aid went on the blink at the start of our vacation. Denise gave them a good cleaning and I was back in business in a flash. My husband is so appreciative of not spending the week repeating himself 20 times. We were treated like friendly neighbors and enjoyed our visit. What I'd give to have a staff like this at home up north!

Mitchell Cole is the most patient man! We so appreciate his care and assistance with my mother-in-law’s hearing aids (pairing them to her phone, etc. etc.) He’s awesome - Denise in the office is super kind too! 👍

I received the most extensive hearing test I have ever had from Mitchell Cole at Elite Hearing Center. I ordered the prescribed hearing aids and they were delivered a couple of days later. After years of not hearing, the new hearing aids are outstanding! I am hearing things I never heard before, I no longer need to watch television with closed captions and most importantly, I don't use the word "what?" every time my wife says something to me anymore. I went back to Elite a week later to make sure everything was working well and to learn how to use the product app. Mitchell is always available if I ever need any help with the hearing aids. Denise works the front desk and is wonderful. If you are tired of missing important conversations and the sounds all around you, book yourself an appointment with Elite Hearing Center at 60 Main Street on Hilton Head. You will not regret it!

Hearing aids warranty expiring and hearing aid service needed. They provided loaner hearing aids at no cost. The turn around time for repair was just as promised. Great follow up by Patient Care Coordinator. Elite Hearing provides excellent service with caring and courteous staff. They explain everything in a clear, concise manner and treat patients with respect. Took my 88yo mother - we thought the facility on Hilton Head Island was great. Denise the Patient Coordinator has a welcoming personality. Mitchell Cole, LHAS is very respectful & kind as he administered a comprehensive exam and explained our options. We ended up taking his suggestion and my mother and all around her are happier for the decision. On vacation, needed an emergency hearing aid repair. Got an appointment next day, repaired while I waited. Normally, this type of repair needs to be sent to manufacturer to fix. Mitchell was kind and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

Carolyn Jones is wonderful! Very kind, patient, thorough with both my parents. Her product recommendations were great, very reasonably priced, and the service has been excellent. Having been to another place that instantly started the hard sell, I can strongly recommend Carolyn for her professionalism and service.

Formerly Elite Hearing Centers, now AudioNova, has changed some personnel... And NOW it's PHENOMENAL! Natalie is running the whole show with Maeve running the front line customer contact, and the combination is magical. I just picked up a pair of the latest Phonak nearly invisible Titanium hearing aids, and Natalie adjusted them to fine-tune my hearing to the best it has ever been. They have offices in Hilton Head and Bluffton providing the best customer experience in audiology services.

For my first experience with hearing aids, I cannot say enough of how great I was treated and all details were explained. Carolyn and Laura made me feel very comfortable and the best news is I can hear now. Thank you both for everything
