I am so very impressed with this place. On entering through the front door you are greeted by a friendly lady manning the front desk. The Hearing Aid Specialist is a guy called Cameron Walker. During my initial visit Cameron conducted hearing tests on both my ears, the results were shown and explained to me at a level needed for my comprehension. Cameron is very polite and respectful. You can't ask too many questions. After getting my first pair of hearing aids I had to go back a couple of times. (only because I never listened when i was initially shown) Cameron went over everything again with a smile on his face. I can't say enough about him. I fully recommend Cameron Walker with the whole of my being.

Cameron Walker is one of the kindest and most gentle professionals I’ve met. He’s thorough, attentive, and truly makes me feel like I’m in good hands. His Patient Care Coordinator, Mandy Thomas, is equally wonderful. I am a happy client!

Dr Cameron quickly diagnosed the issue with my ReSound hearing aids and was very kind - despite these being purchased at another provider that was not being responsive to my calls and emails. He explained and showed me how to take care of the aids to prevent future issues. I am so pleased with the time, education and information he gave me. Highly recommend.

He is very knowledgeable, detailed oriented and did a great job explaining everything. I can't express enough how pleased I am with his service. Also kudos to Mandy. Love my new hearing aids. Prior had widex but were around ten years old. Staff is also fantastic. Very thoughtful and precise.

Cameron was wonderful to work with. He was/is very knowledgeable and able to translate that into education in a way I can understand. He was also very patient, and very kind. I could not ask more of any doctor or health specialist. The front office representative was efficient, helped me with all things insurance related and always gives me a heads up about upcoming appointments which is very helpful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that has difficulty hearing they have fixed me up just perfectly.

We had a wonderful experience at Elite Hearing Center in Greenville SC. The audiologist, Cameron, was so good to my mom -- assessing her current hearing issues and hearing aids and recommending more up-to-date equipment to improve her hearing and quality of life. The after purchase experience was also excellent. Cameron was patient and extremely thorough, making sure that the units were properly adjusted and that my mom understood how to operate them. Mandy, the office manager, was an absolute gem to work with. From our first interaction with her, through working with us to set up the financing for mom's new equipment, to scheduling and rescheduling follow-up appointments, Mandy was always professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Elite Hearing Center of Greenville to anyone looking for hearing aids.

ELITE HEARING has changed my life. The kind and professional serviceI received is above and beyond. The hearing test was easy and thorough. We discussed my issues hearing and what I needed in a hearing aid. The product that was suggested was perfect for my situation. I can hear 100% better. The sound quality is amazing. There were only minor adjustments needed after my first wear time. If you are considering hearing aids...I totally 100% recommend Elite HEARING!!

My dad got a hearing aid from the 1746 Woodruff Road location in Greenville, SC. He is 94 and currently in Skilled Nursing and not able to go to the store for more batteries and an adjustment to the hearing aid. I'm in Atlanta and not able to get there Monday to Friday during their open hours since I used all my days off already this year for health reasons. I called the store and they are going today to see him at his nursing home and deliver him batteries for free and adjust his hearing aid! This is above and beyond exceptional service. I'm so grateful for this outstanding favor so he can get back to hearing again.

In 2014 I lost hearing in my right ear and tried a hearing aid. That hearing aid didn't help at all, and I stopped wearing it. Recently I went to the Elite Hearing Center in Greenville. Dr Jonathan gave me a very thorough hearing test which showed a strong deficit in my right ear and mild loss of hearing in the left. He spent a good deal of time with me evaluating and explaining what type of hearing aid would best help. I received the hearing aids within a week. I've been into the office several times to recalibrate the hearing aids for optimum usage. I love those hearing aids! They've made a huge difference. Dr Jonathan has made it a pleasant experience, answering any questions with any issues that could arise. His office manager Katie was also very pleasant and helpful , she submitted a claim to our insurance co. Iam so happy I took a chance and went there.

Jonathan has worked with me to make the process very easy. I did not really want to get hearing aids but he showed me that I would have better hearing with them. He was very professional and explained every thing along the way. I have recommended two of my friends to use Johnathan and they have bought hearing aids because of the experience I have had with him.

A friend of mine recommended Elite Hearing Center to me for possible hearing evaluations for myself and my husband. I'm so happy she did. We were able to schedule our appointments easily and get our hearing evaluated. Jonathan was courteous and explained procedures and answered our questions. My husband Charlie did need hearing aids and options were discussed. He has been happy with the hearing aids that he now wears and the follow up appointments have been very helpful to him. We would recommend Elite Hearing Centers to anyone with questions about their hearing and possible need for evaluation.

Thank you! The staff at Elite Hearing Centers are absolutely amazing. They explain everything every step of the way. They answered all of my questions in depth. I was never rushed at any of my visits. The process is very easy. I never thought o would be able to hear again....but i do and its amazing. I can hear the birds again. Michael is very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. Answers all questions about their product, or any other hearing aid product, too. Explains how all the technology works and how it is adapted to your own hearing needs. This is stored on their computers & can be adjusted to whatever your hearing situations are. Great service
