Natalie Lucas is amazing. My wife and I were in from Missouri with a critical and time sensitive problem with my current devices. Natalie went so far beyond above and beyond. She fixed everything, set me up with new devices, took her personal time to do it, and further explained the technology so that I’d understand how to use my devices optimally. Five stars is not enough.

I am retired now but I was an interpreter for the Deaf back in the ‘70s and I have seen many changes in hearing aids. The Lumity Phonak are the best I’ve ever experienced. The licensed hearing aid specialist there, Andrea was very thorough and very professional. Her goal is to help clients hear as much and as is possible. The receptionist, Sandy always offers a drink and a chocolate. I highly recommend the hearing aid and I am completely satisfied with the service

We recently moved to South Carolina and I was in need of an audiologist. "Free Hearing Tests" should you see this sign outside the door of Elite Hearing Center...YOU should turn and open the door!!! We did ! Immediately upon entering you are greeted by Sandy. Her lovely welcoming smile and her personality make you feel so comfortable. We made an appt with Andrea who administrated the hearing test.. Andrea was fabulous, very knowledgeable, honest and caring. We were most impressed with the fact that she asked my wife to be part of the hearing test, understanding better my level of hearing everyday voices. Amazing idea !! I would highly recommend you stop in/call and make your appt here. There is no pressure, you do get a free hearing test and both Sandy and Andrea will be there to help you, answer questions should you have any issues after. These two woman know their business and are fabulous .stop by and see for yourself !

I am so pleased with the rusults I have received from The Elite Hearing Center. I have had Tinnitus for sometime now and went to the hearing center to see if they could help me. Andrea and Sandy treated me like family from day one. I felt that they truly cared about me and wanted to help me . Andrea told me to be patient that my ringing in the ears may get better with the use of the hearing aids. My first visit was in July and I can say now 3 months later my Tinnitus is much better! Their are days I don’t hear ringing at all. I am so thankful for Andrea’s compassionate Care and I highly recommend her.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years and I must say that the hearing aids that I received here at elite Hearing in Bluffton South Carolina are by far the best hearing aids I’ve ever worn. The staff here has been incredible very caring and concerned and worked very hard to help me hear, but I haven’t been hearing for a very long time so on my recommendation I say five stars to elite Hearing!!

My husband has been needing hearing aids for years and he finally went for testing at Elite Hearing in Bluffton SC. The knowledge of the staff and the understanding of my husbands needs were exceptional. So far, so good. The team is client centric. They care about my personal goals. I am in the early days (less than a week) with my new hearing aids so I have no real baseline yet to do a rating. But, if the dedication and caring demonstrated by the staff is any indication, this will be a top notch experience.

Bait and switch! Bad business!

When I removed my hearing aids during my daily get-ready morning routine I noted that the dome on one of the aids was missing and quickly determined that it remained in my ear. Not being able to remove the dome from my ear by myself and finding it quite irritating, I drove over to the Elite Hearing Center on Baylor Drive on a whim hoping for help. I was greeted by a gregarious receptionist who promised help. The Hearing Specialist was busy with clients when I arrived and asked if I could come back in an hour. I did. It turns out that the dome was rotated in such a manner that he could not get a grip on it using typical tools and procedures. He finally was able to remove it after spending over an hour using different techniques. Realize that I had not purchased my hearing aids from him or that company, he did not charge me a dime for his time and effort. That is great service from a great company and an extraordinarily persistent provider. I assure you that Dan Fennell at Elite Hearing Center is my Go-To hearing aid company from now on.

The service and atmosphere is outstanding! Daniel is knowledgeable, as well as, attentive to detail, which enables one to receive the best hearing possible. Maria is a "gem", with her warm and caring personality.(she's the icing on the cake)

Daniel at Elite Hearing in Bluffton treated me both professionally and personally in the best way imaginable. He and his office are a gem. I've had hearing aids for 10+ years, and many hearing evaluations. His was/is up to every industry standard and included an interview with my wife about my hearing. No other hearing aid organization has ever done that for me. Elite's price included rechargeable aids, charger, smart phone remote control, and Bluetooth TV transmitter for $2500.00 less than the exact make and model quoted by another local supplier. Follow-up is also part of the great service of this office. Oh, by the way, I'm hearing a lot better than with the previous aids which were only about 5 years old. John
