I'm very pleased with the professional expertise of the audiologist and staff at Hearing Health Connection. After a thorough hearing exam, it was confirmed what my wife suspected, that I would benefit from hearing assistance. My audiologist, Nancy, has been awesome. She's very knowledgeable, a great listener to my concerns or questions, and completely addresses those to my satisfaction. I believe my hearing is exceptional since being properly fitted with their hearing aids. I also want to recognize Colleen, who is the person who will great you when you enter their office. She's very pleasant, accomodating, and informative about what expenses your insurance will cover. I'm confident you'll be pleased with the care you receive at Hearing Health Connection's location in Warminster, PA.

I was given good customer service in that I was not rushed. I was given feedback on my annual hearing test and answers to any questions I had. The visit was productive, and informative. I feel that any call I made to their office with a question would be handled in the same manner.

I was going out of the country and the day before I left one of my hearing aides wasn’t working. I called and spoke to Coleen who was able to get me an appointment the same day. I went in and Coleen actually took the time to work on the hearing aid and replaced the receiver. After doing that my hearing aid worked again. I can’t thank Coleen enough for helping me out.
