He genuinely works hard to stay within your budget without sacrificing quality. I’ve had many interactions with Chris, and I have never felt rushed or pressured. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism.

Christopher was wonderful. My mother broke one of her hearing aids while visiting on vacation. He sorted her out in a few mins and gave her some good advice about her next pair without being pushy.

I have had hearing loss since the 1950s. Had been told that I had nerve deftness. Could not be helped. Went through the military & Vietnam service. Hearing aids are now able to restore my hearing loss. Had Costco hearing aids for 10 years. They were good. Decided to try a local place. AudioNova. Best hearing decision that I have ever made. Chris Stafy, the technician there, has been wearing hearing aids his whole life. Because of this, he is the best person to assist others. These Phonak hearing aids are much better than the others that I had. I am now hearing better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much Chris Stafy! You’re the best!

I made an appointment with this office to see if they would give me any better recommendations than previous establishments have done, not expecting anything different. I suffer from tinnitus and now that I have met Christopher Stafy at the Pottstown location, I understand more thoroughly how hearing aids work and the fact that I have hearing loss as well as tinnitus. I now wear hearing aids that are programmed to fit me and it has only been a week and a half but I’ve noticed an incredible difference, and I am extremely happy with the service and the outcome. Chris is very thorough, informative and friendly! I would highly recommend a visit to this office. If you are having difficulties hearing, I’m sure they will take care of you. AAA+++ rating from me!! The staff here is very knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. Their convenient office hours make scheduling an appointment easy. If you’ve ever wondered how much conversation you are missing, give them a call and find out! They won’t push you to buy a hearing device you don’t need!

I went here to have a general hearing test done (the last hearing test I remember having was in elementary school ~30 years ago). I can’t say enough good things about the Pottstown location. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Tracie. She made me feel right at home, made sure I was at ease and ready for my evaluation. She introduced me to Chris, the location provider, and off I went! Chris made sure to explain everything he was doing and was extremely informative about his procedures and I even learned a few things about my hearing. The good news is that I don’t need any aids and have no level of hearing loss that would require any attention. I will certainly be back when the time comes!

My dad and I had a really great experience at the Hearing Health Connection in Pottstown. Chris Stafy was professional, pleasant to work with and an expert in his field He. was really good with my dad, who has dementia. The test and hearing instruments review took about an hour. Chris didn’t try to upsell us, which was refreshing. Instead he found my dad the perfect fit for his hearing and most importantly, his ability to work them. Additionally, Chris stayed within my dad’s allowance, so there weren’t any out-of-pocket cost for us. We can’t wait to pick up dad’s first pair of hearing aids. My boyfriend has been dealing with hearing loss his entire life. Recently, he needed new hearing aids since his old ones were outdated so we decided to come to Hearing Health connections. Andrew has been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the whole process! He really makes his patients feel cared for! Traci at the front desk is always pleasant and great to speak with.
