Nicole has been professional and extremely helpful in administering my hearing tests for the past couple of years - and very recently detected that I had some waxy material in my ear canals. She recommended that I visit my ENT - and viola - they suctioned out a lot of wax/debris and completely opened up my hearing ! Nicole is an expert audiologist and I will continue to rely on her expertise and support at Audio Nova for years to come !

As usual, the service was very personal, efficient, and dealt with any concerns that I had.

I was extremely pleased with Nicole and the process at AudioNova. I am glad I received a second opinion here for my tinnitus prior to getting an MRI. She had a wonderful demeanor and was very transparent and personable. She wasn't trying to sell me anything and explained the next steps very thoroughly. I took my elderly father in for his hearing test and hearing aid check-up today and I can't speak highly enough of the care he received. When I was in the Paoli area, which is not close to my home but where I bought my hearing aids a few years ago, I stopped in and hopefully asked if they would clean them for me. With no hesitation they took them, cleaned them and then showed me how it should be done. Yes, I could do it, but when I am in Paoli, I still stop in and they happily clean my hearing aids for me. They are wonderful people and always willing to please. Thank you!
