Top notch service. The audiologist explains everything absolutely everything even downloads the app onto your phone and takes the time to explain everything. As a new hearing aid wearer I was apprehensive as most people are and now two weeks into my new hearing aids and a slight adjustment made by the audiologist it's a whole new world. My husband and I were evaluated by Daniel for hearing loss in the Newtown Square office. We both received hearing aids two weeks ago and I can only say that from the first phone call to make an appointment through Monica, who is personable, upbeat and helpful, through the testing of our hearing to receiving the hearing aids, we had excellent service. They are friendly, spend as much time as necessary to explain all the details and the follow-up is excellent. We could not be more pleased with every step of the way through this process. We recommend them highly.

For me the cost benefit was questionable. Do suggest that you consider the benefits of make it appear more health related by by at least having the professional staff in scrubs. You doon't get a second chance to make a first impression.

Just received my Phonak Audoe Lumity L50 hearing aids and the process was seamless, informative, very professional and customized to my life style. All follow-up and fine tuning is covered along with a 30 day trail and warranties to cover most circumstances. After suffering severe hearing loss in the army years ago I realized I needed assistance in my hearing. I visited the Hear Well Again Center in Newtown Square where Dr Buck and Monica went over and beyond to give me that assistance. I can’t say enough good things about the outcome. They fitted me with a pair of Phonak hearing aids. I haven’t been able to hear this well since prior to 1962. Thank you.
