When should I use hearing protection?
You should always use hearing protection when engaging in high-noise recreational activities or work. These activities may include hunting, music concerts, motor sports, and/or construction. Noise-induced hearing loss can result from prolonged exposure to noise or a single, extremely loud event. The louder the sound, the quicker it can cause damage. If you notice ringing in your ears or temporary hearing loss after a loud noise exposure, the environment was too noisy and could be harmful. If that ringing or temporary hearing loss is persistent, it would be a good idea to contact us for a hearing evaluation.

If you are looking for help for your hearing problems the New Castle Hearing and Health Connection is the place to go! I got my hearing aids there and can't say how much care and concern the entire staff gives you. I recently was having some problems and I saw Valarie who solved the problem a few minutes and my hearing is better than every....have absolutely no more problems!

Valerie is very helpful. She helped me troubleshoot a recent issue while I was traveling. And she changed some settings on the app so my aids no longer randomly chime and initiate Google Messenger. She takes all the time I need and is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough about the New Castle office. Valerie SCHWAB DID THE HEARING TEST ON ME. She also fixed my hearing aids. She was very Knowledgeable And professional. I was very comfortable with her. She did a great job. She deserves a five point rating. Also may be a pay raise. Valerie and the girl at the front desk was very polite. I was very satisfied with the service.

My dad's hearing is greatly improved after years of struggling with hearing loss and bad hearing aids before. Ken was very thorough in ensuring my dad could hear well again and the whole family is most appreciative for that. Mickaela is an awesome PCC who makes sure everything goes seamlessly for all patients too! This is a great practice the whole way around.

The office people were great. The corporate office, on the other hand is pathetic. They have no idea what's going on in the local level. There is no actual fitting of the devices at this location. I drove a long way to make this appointment for my elderly father and wasted everyone's day. And yes, this is the right location. 5 stars for the staff there, 0 star for the corporate office.

Mickaela called and offered a free hearing evaluation. I accepted. Mickaela was so warm and inviting and helpful. Ken, too was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and talked me through the testing. I do have some loss but not ready for a hearing aid. I look forward to my appointment in one year. Not only is this office welcoming but they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
