Th ladies at AudioNova are wonderful. They have treated my father wonderfully even when he is cranky and hard to deal with. Becky is always so kind and helpful. They all know what they are doing and take care of any issues quickly. We truly appreciate them.

I was very impressed with my visit today. Staff were friendly and Dr. Jenna was very calming. She answered all my questions. DR. Jenna took time to explain my situation and what could be done for improvement. Never pressuring for further visits or devices. I would highly recommend this location for your hearing health.

I have several hearing aids that didn’t work for me. I started looking for a new audiologist and found Dr Quinn. Made an appointment and found a gifted audiologist,caring Dr. She described the process all the way thru.fitted me with hearing aids that worked great for me. Worked so well my husband made an appointment. Now we can hear each other and made our family happy. Well done Dr Quinn thanks Bill& Sande Thomas

I came here because I was having trouble hearing and understanding people talking to me. I was not planning to get hearing aids because I remember people saying they were uncomfortable and didn't work well. Dr Quinn did a hearing test with results that matched my hearing problems. She showed me a Bluetooth enabled hearing aid that was comfortable and made a tremendous difference in my ability to hear. I had been unable to understand the dialog while watching TV, but that night was able to watch without needing closed captioning. She was very patient and thorough while explaining my options. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

My husband had an appointment today they were punctuous right on time took the time that we needed to learn everything about the new hearing aids that he bought and a very very reasonable price I would recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Quinn is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I both had our hearing tested. She answered all our questions, and thoroughly explained our options without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jalowiec and the staff. I needed an appointment fast, and they totally came through. Super grateful for that. From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly and relaxed. They took their time—explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t rush me out the door. I really appreciated the service from start to finish.

I traveled to the Scranton PA area over the weekend and one of my hearing aids stopped working. Since I am profoundly hearing impaired my weekend would have been ruined if I couldn’t get it fixed. I did a search and the only option that was available was Audionova. My cousin brought me over and they were fantastic! My issue was minor, the wonderful woman was able to help me and because of her I had a fabulous time with family and friends!!! I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service at Audionova! Highly recommend!!!!!

It was the greatest day for me to finally hear things I have been missing for so long. As I stepped out of the Building I could hear the birds chirping and the two lanes of two different lanes of traffic going by and the wind which before I got my hearing aids I was just able to hear the slight sound of the closest two lanes of only one lane closest to the building and some of what my friends would say to me. Now I hear so much I am like oh what is that sound? It's so Wonderful I cried!

I can't say enough about how above and beyond the staff at AudioNova went to help me with my issues of hearing loss. I wish I came hear 8 years ago when I first was fitted and sold hearing aids. No sales pitch, no trying to sell elaborate, expensive products just real genuine concern about my hearing and lack of confidence and knowledge of them due to being subject to fly by night outfits that are constantly sold or just plain closed there doors without notifying their patients. I highly recommend them. They are informative, patient, and knowledgeable as well as genuinely wanting you to have the best hearing and quality of life as possible.

Mislead into purchasing poor quality devices. They have never worked correctly. The original person behind the desk even put the wrong earpieces on them. Hoping the place and new people will treat them like the lemons they sold to me, and remedy this hugely expensive situation. Fingers crossed. Emailed AudioNova two times, per their request. No response. Unprofessional.

Previous, I’ve been to two audiologist and then I try hearing health connection I was amazed by the excellent service i received from this company from the from the receptionist to the audiologist amazing work to do. It should be ready at 10 not a 5

Dr Jenna was very nice and assisted me with what needed to be done and it was wonderful that there was no waiting time so was in and out in a timely manner. Always a very pleasant team there to deal with.

Jenna is awesome, she is always accommodating, calming, and helpful. She listens to my concerns and works to find a resolution. I drive quite a distance to this office due to her expertise in handling my hearing aids, and technical issues with apps/phone. Becky has been great in assisting me with questions and scheduling appointments since I live 2 1/2 hours away. I can’t praise them enough. I should add that have been to other locations that were closer, but I chose to drive the distance to the Moosic location, for the professionalism and courteous staff. Post by Kate not Greg.

I took my elderly mother to get new hearing aids. Her other ones were not from there. The people were so genuinely nice throughout the process. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well for my mother to understand. The prices are also much lower than the previous place she got them from. She is doing great with her new hearing aids and can even answer her phone and talk right from them!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Hearing Health Connection - Moosic. The hearing test was comprehensive and fully explained. There were 4 different models of hearing aides available. Two different models were best for my current hearing loss and life situation. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and made my choice. I will receive them this week. We had looked at other facilities and this office was exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable and everyone there was professional, courteous, and pleasant.

This IS the place for Hearing Care! Professional, Kind, Friendly & Caring for their patients! Becky is Incredible! My brother was in the hospital and we had to change his appointment MANY times. All we ever heard was "No problem, what will work for you?" Becky is the epitome of Humanitarianism! When we were able to go for an appointment, Dr. Jenna was Fantastic! She compassionately took all the time my brother required and included myself and other brother in all of the decisions to be made. My brother left hearing us without us having to shout at him and this was just the first step! I cannot wait to go back and continue to delight in the customer service that we should all aspire to replicate! YOU GUYS ROCK!!
