The male manager was extremely rude, pushy and unprofessional! The hearing test area was a complete joke with exterior noise. That manager spent several minutes criticizing Shayne (former GREAT manager)! He sold me a “new and improved” version of the same brand I had. They performed much worse and when I tried to get resolution, I was completely ignored.

This Doctor placed an order for aids, even after I told him I will think about it. Received letter today wanting money from Nations hearing. The hearing test is a joke. In a cubicle, not fully enclosed. You can hear the next office talking. He said to wait a few minutes, it never stopped. Continued with test. Terrible experience. Would never order from them. A one man’s show when I was there. Answered phone, helped repair aid for a lady and trying to give me a test.

On time with my appointment and immediately performed my hearing test. Clear and concise explanation of what to expect. Afterwards updated my hearing aids and cleaned and replaced domes.

Shayne made me comfortable and was very detailed in taking my history and during testing my hearing. This is my first hearing aids. She was very detailed and helpful in helping me understand what to expect. I waked out with my new hearing aids and am very comfortable with them.
