The staff and accommodations at the office are wonderful. My only frustration is that you must consistently wait 15-30 minutes before each appointment. The scheduling should allow for more time, or another audiologist should be hired to help. Thanks for listening.

I have been through many iterations of this company and, throughout, the staff has always been professional as well as friendly.

I scheduled an appointment with Chris Brown for my mother. He is fantastic with her. The amount of time, patience’s and care he provides is exceptional. My mother has worn hearing aids all her life. She says he is the best audiologist she has been to in a very long time.

I’ve been taking my 100 year old grandmother to see Chris Brown for about two years now. He is so good with my grandmother that she actually looks forward to going in for appointments. He is so kind, so sweet and patient with her that I’m pretty sure she took me out of her Will and added him in haha. She is so comfortable with Chris that she opens up about things that have nothing to do with her hearing and she hasn’t said to any of our family!! We’ve been to a lot of places through the years and it’s a lot of years, this is by far the best place we’ve ever taken her. I wish we would have found this place sooner! Thank you Chris for being such a caring human and being so kind to my Grandmother!

Chris Brown is the best audiologist I have ever worked with. Thirty years ago, I lost the hearing in my right ear to an acoustic neuroma. Now that I am older and losing some hearing in my left ear, too, there are serious limitations on my daily activities. Chris came up with a unique technical solution to my problem, using top of the line Phonak products including the “Roger 3” microphone. My wife and I are very happy about the prospects of going out to dinner in noisy restaurants again, as well as joining community organizations that interest us. Thank you, Hearing Health Connection!

I scheduled an appointment for a hearing test and found out my hearing was very much damaged. I got fitted with a pair of state of the art hearing aids and I must say (WOW !!!) what an amazing difference. Sounds that I have not heard in many years. Checked in with Andrew, who was friendly and efficient. Then had hearing tested with Chris Brown. Chris was great, explaining everything, about the testing. He introduced me to the hearing aide and again explained and answered questions. Great visit.

Crist Brown my Hearing Health advisor has always been respectful to both me and my husband , Never pushy. This is my second pair of hearing aid's. There is such a difference most of the time I don't even knw I am wearing them. Chris was so informative I felt I had no need for a follow up, but I did and received additional information.

I went with my mother in law to her hearing test appt. We were treated like royalty ! Praise to Mr.Chris Brown My husband went to three different places for hearing tests and was told they could not help. Chris was wonderful. Took the time for a through test asked questions.Then put good hearing aids on, he said "can you hear your wife speak?" At that moment we both smiled and we can not give Chris enough of good words.
