I just had my hearing aid cleaned and my annual checkup and was treated to customer service that is unequivocally the best you can get. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave you are treated like royalty. Believe it or not...not only do I not dread taking my Father to his hearing aid appointments anymore but ever since he’s been going to Connect Hearing in Grove City, I actually look forward to taking him! And...it’s not just for the free coffee and comfortable waiting room! Expertise and patience is, of course, required and expected in this business, and for the cost of hearing aids, a must...but Kate really goes beyond all my hopes. She’s amazing, truly, and she really knows my Father, recalling details from previous non-hearing related conversations and asking him questions about how he really is doing. She cares, she really does! And Judy is equally wonderful. They said we can stop by anytime, without an appointment to have his hearing aids cleaned (he has arthritis and well, I don’t want to try cleaning them for fear that I’d break them), so we stopped in unannounced last week and Judy cleaned them right away (while I got a free coffee!). Today my Father is going there to get a remote for his hearing aids. I’m sad that I couldn’t take him, but happy my Mom will get to visit with Kate & Judy instead. My Father wanted to try out the remote after a friend was showing off his, I called on Friday, it’s Tuesday and they already have one for him and he will receive and learn how to use it today! It’s such a pleasure and to be honest, a relief to know that he has such good attention there, I know it’s frustrating for him, but they certainly easy his worries (and mine). Top notch!

Very pleasant experience. Judy and Kate are so helpful. I needed adjustments on my new hearing aids and was taken care of immediately. Very nice and personable people. This is my first experience with hearing aids and and they made it easy and comfortable to wear and the appearance of them in my ears is not noticeable. I would recommend them to everyone who needs hearing aids.

They're always friendly, helpful, and always go out of their way to quickly and effectively deal with any issue that arises with my hearing aids, even on short notice.
