I am a newbie to wearing hearing aids and I am very grateful I contacted Ohio Hearing & Audiology. I saw Nicole Yopa for my needs and found her to be professional and caring. Being new to this, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Nicole took her time, addressed my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend the Ontario location and staff.

I recently visited Ohio Hearing &Audiology in Ontario Ohio, and cannot say enough about how well it went . Starting with Abby ,the receptionist ,was very pleasant. I have to say that I received the most comprehensive test that have ever received. Doctor Yopa took the time to listen, and explained every step. Also, I felt no pressure to make a decision. I highly recommend them to anyone who may need Hearing assistance.

I sent email requesting to talk to Dr Yopa’s boss, this has not been answered yet, I would like to explain my issue with this Dr. I will not visit Mansfield Ohio’s office ever again, this use to be a good place to handle your hearing needs, that has passed now that they have Dr. Yopa. I paid 6800.00 for hearing aids and they have been broke more then they have worked, and all Dr Nicolle Yopa wants to do is pat herself on the back and say … look what I did! Just some friendly advice, stay clear if this office!
