Mike explain everything SLOWLY and complete. He contacted me as I was thinking of upgrading to the flagship Aid. The reason was the premium Aid was offered for only a few hours longer. The savings was more than $500.00. It meant he stayed in the office 3 1-2 hours longer than his normal day. No appreciated. It was easy to get an appointment and it was great that such a well made device was this close to my home. I had driven to Fairview Park for years to get assistance. No longer.

I recently tried a new hearing aid recommended by Mike but unfortunately it didn't work out. Mike worked very hard to help me alleviate the noise issues I was having. I tested the aid for about 43 days but my issue didn't get any better. I wish it had as I was very willing to do whatever necessary but my ears are just not right and I assume they never will be. I want you to know that we tried everything possible and that Mike was a true professional while working with him and when I had to tell him they just weren't working. I would recommend the Medina office to anyone with a hearing issue. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Have a Great day.

Mike and Dana were incredibly helpful in the Medina office. Had my hearing aide go out on me. My provider of five years was not helpful. Mike waited while I drove 40 minutes though the office closed in 10. Dana helped me quickly fill out paper work and Mike stayed another 90 minutes to assist me with fitting for new hearing aides. Professional, dedicated, accommodating and gave me a much better deal. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I thought I was going to get the help I've been long over due for but instead I guess my color didn't qualify me to get the help I needed because I don't feel they did all they could to help me in fact I was recommended to look into somewhere else that might help me better. I chose this location because it was hearing and audiology so I figured they'd be the best choice to help me figure out my ear problems. The front desk lady looked at me as if I wasn't the person she expected to see so I didn't get the friendly welcome I had expected. Although I was excited to be getting my ears checked I was nervous. I was very nervous I've had a problem with my hearing since I was a little girl so I didn't know how bad the damage would be. I didn't realize til I was all grown up with kids that I had this problem I yelled alot and often didnt realize my kids was talking to me. Over time my kids dad pointed out that I may need to see someone about my hearing because I was yelling at him too and he was right next to me. Maybe I just chose the wrong location.

This clinic has extraordinary equipment to check a person's hearing ability. My wife and I actually saw on a computer screen our inner ear which displayed some wax. We were educated on wax removal and how we should avoid the use of Q- tips. Finally we were asked to step into a private booth where our hearing was tested. All of these services were provided free of cost, now that's awesome.
