Todd Burdette, Au.D., CCC-A

Todd Burdette, Au.D., CCC-A, is a Doctor of Audiology at AudioNova in the Gallipolis clinic, with over 25 years of clinical experience. He specializes in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fitting, and assistive listening devices. Dedicated to helping people hear better through thoughtful, personalized care, he prioritizes trust, education, and ethical practice in his work. Throughout his career, Todd has focused on comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, veteran disability assessments, and assistive listening solutions for individuals across diverse settings and backgrounds. As a solo practitioner in many roles, he has managed all aspects of patient care, from diagnostics to counseling and follow-up, ensuring consistent and compassionate service. Passionate about expanding access to ethical, evidence-based hearing solutions, Todd is especially committed to serving underserved communities. He holds a master’s degree in Audiology and a Doctor of Audiology degree from West Virginia University and Salus University, respectively. Outside of his professional work, Todd volunteers with the Knights of Columbus and enjoys backpacking. His favorite part of being a hearing care provider is seeing the smiles on patients' faces when they begin to hear better.

Chris Meadows, BC-H.I.S.

Christopher Meadows, also known as Chris, MS, BC-HIS, is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in the Gallipolis clinic. With a strong background in hearing care, his specialties include hearing aid troubleshooting, testing, programming, and insurance. Throughout his career, Chris has achieved numerous accolades, including induction into the Washington County Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame, recognition as a six-time Beltone Senior Master Practitioner, and receiving the Coin of Excellence and the Outstanding Provider Award in 2024 from American Medical Hearing Centers. Chris is also dedicated to giving back to his community, volunteering with organizations such as Make-A-Wish and the DAV. His mission is to help individuals achieve their hearing health goals. A graduate of Concord University in 2009 with a double major in Public Relations and Electronic Media Journalism, Chris later earned a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications. His passion for hearing care stems from a deep desire to assist those in need, and he takes pride in restoring freedom to his patients. Outside of work, Chris is an avid Spartan Race and Tough Mudder obstacle course runner, showcasing his commitment to physical and mental endurance.

My dad and I went through three other audiologists before we found Joey, who is the best by far! Not only is he kind, patient, and knowledgeable, but he’s also incredibly intuitive to what my dad needed. My dad was told previously from the other audiologists that his right ear was nearly dead, and there was nothing they could do for it except for a cochlear implant – Joey is the first one that said there is a special hearing aid that will help preserve my dad‘s hearing in his right ear – I was skeptical because of what I heard before, but after my dad received the hearing aid and tried it, he could actually hear out of his right ear again – the first time in many years! It brought tears to both of our eyes – our prayers were answered- we finally found the perfect place and person to help my dad. Serina is absolutely wonderful too – she has always been patient and kind when talking with me over the phone and in person. My dad and I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Joey and Serina!

I appreciate the kind service that I get at my local office. They are very attentive to my needs and very accommodating. What I am frustrated with is that the company does not seem to be putting much effort in getting our local phonation office established with an audiologist. the second thing is I recently had to send my new hearing aids back to get the hearing the batteries replaced. I am severely hearing impaired. And going over a week without any hearing was downright dangerous I could not believe that they would not supply a loaner pair of hearing aids until mine got back. An emergency squad was in my Driveway and I couldn’t even Hear it without my he Hearing aids. I do not understand why the company would not make effort to train the dedicated workers that they have in our local offices, so they could do more. They live in our area and are not going to be leaving soon. But I’m afraid they’re going to leave Ohio hearing for better paying jobs. compared to the responsibility they have at Ohio hearing for the compensation they receive. And they would be very hard to replace. I want to recommend Ohio Hearing To other people, however It seems they could be doing more to meet the needs of their customers

Was not wild about doing appointments by computer but getting use to it. Got new hearing aids and hate changes so had lots of questions but seem to be getting things in place. Dr. and receptionist/assistant very pleasant and helpful. I feel like I am being a pain in their side but they said that was what they are there for. Hopefully we are getting things ironed out and the “ears” will be ok .

My 81 year old husband is a patient of Dr. Molly Kennedy. Her office is in Gallipolis Ohio which is really cinvient for us. She is highly skilled, professional, and very patient oriented. She is one of the few doctors that he actually looks forward to seeing! She really is kind, compassionate and caring. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I find that Molly is an outstanding individual, who truly cares for her clients and their hearing problems. Molly and her staff greets you with a smile and listens very carefully to your hearing needs. Testing went well and the choices of devices were explained and together she helped make the best choice for my situation. Also, the Capture phone that Christina installed in our home works great!
