Mary Potts was willing to listen to my perceived needs and after testing suggested trial hearing aids acknowledging that I may not notice a difference in my hearing. She was very good about pointing out the positive and negatives regarding my audiogram. Upon returning two and one half weeks later she accepted the fact that I did not notice any appreciable difference in my hearing with the trial hearing aids and she suggested that I return in two years to be retested. In general it was a very satisfying experience.

Picked up my new aids today. So far everything has been great. I was able to purchase them at a price I was able to afford and that was very important to me as I am on a fixed income. The crew has been very professional and friendly. I go back in a week to make any adjustments, if any, and to answer any questions I may have. To this point I am happy to rate them a 5+! I will post more reviews as I progress through the process.

Samantha was very professional and knowledgeable when fitting me with the perfect hearing aids. She was very patient and encouraging . The entire staff was helpful. Cynthia, the receptionist, was especially pleasant. I am very happy with my hearing aids!

I have been going to Connect Hearing for years now and I must say I couldn't be happier. I see Steve Koukouras and he always treats me with respect and compassion. Being a male in my 20's hearing aids are not exactly the "cool" thing someone my age to have. Since going to see Steve I feel more comfortable wearing my hearing aids due to his professionalism. I will not go any where else.

I have warn hearing aids for the past four years and would highly recommend this facility, the staff is competent and friendly. Most of all I feel that they are both honest and sincere. I have been to other hearing aid facilities and have felt that they only want to sell you new aids. Tinnitus is a dreadful condition with no cure . After many different appointments with different doctors , my only option for relief was hearing aids with a masking option . I met Steve with Connect Hearing and I instantly felt like I was in good hands . Steve himself has Tinnitus so he was empathetic to my misery . Steve fit me with Phonak Hearing Aids and allowed me to trial my set . I wasn't emotionally ready at the time , so I didn't purchase right off the bat . I never felt pressured , which meant alot to me. Two months later I returned and purchased the aids . I’m on my second set of hearing aids from connect hearing. I find them to be most helpful whenever I have a problem. Definitely recommend them.

I was given the best, and most professional treatment. The Audiologist Steve and the staff were super polite, and very professional. Steve listened to my concerns and explained the procedure up to and after my purchasing a hearing aid. He returned my calls promptly with follow up questions, and even advised me to another center out of state when I damaged the case. They are a Five Star facility.
