While they seemed nice, but they lied. They sent me a letter saying if I made an appointment by the end of the month I would get a $50.00 gift card. I made the appointment, went and because I fell last week they refused to do the test. Not my fault. Then they said that because they weren't doing the test I would not get the gc. Bad practice people. I took time out to go there. All for nothing. I will not recommend this company.

My Hearing Aid Specialist, Kim, was excellent. She made me feel very comfortable, was professional and experienced with the products. She is one of the best providers with whom I’ve ever worked. The Patient Care Coordinator, Sam, was also very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Ohio Hearing/ Audio Nova for hearing help.

They took me right in when I called with a problem and quickly corrected the problem and had me on my way.

Dr. Vaught has the best "bedside manner" I've ever encountered in a doctor. I had never been to an audiologist before, so I had no idea what to expect. She walked me through all the testing with care and an understanding disposition, explaining everything in a very straightforward manner...but with lots of humor and lightness! She really put me at ease.
