She spent much time exploring potential insurance coverage, was very thorough in explaining hearing aid options, and was quite patient during our meeting, which lasted much longer than what I presume was a one-hour time slot.

I am very happy with services from Connect Hearing. So glad I finally bought good hearing aids and used an audiologist to adjust them. In the past I bought my own aids online and adjusted them at home. Turns out I am not a very good audiologist!! Well worth the money. Love the staff.

I had heard from friends and neighbors that hearing aids work for some and not for others. Well Doc Mayhew at Connect Hearing and his Phonak hearing aids made them WORK FOR ME! Very personable and professional service and a great product. I can hear like I was 25 (now 72). Even live music is real and vibrant. It took a bit of time to learn how to quickly and correctly put them on, but now I don't want to go without them. I can talk to my grandchildren and hear their tiny voices. One word of caution. They are so transparent you have to be careful to remember when to take them off.

The audiologist was very professional. Explained the test and results clearly. Did not rush the test, and was thorough in his explanation of the results. Did not pressure when it came time to make recommendations for hearing aids. I don't think the experience could have been improved!
