My hearing test was relatively quick and pleasant, and they shared the results with me immediately. Luckily, I still don't need any remedial hearing interventions!

Excellent service. Called on Monday for an appt, was able to see them later that day, got my new hearing aid by Friday. Full knowledge of insurance verification.

Dr. Erica is one of the most compassionate practitioners that I have ever met. She is confident, friendly and very engaging. I would recommend recommend her to almost anyone good enough. The office is very clean and modern and the staff is very friendly.

I just went to get my impressions done for my custom IEM in-ear monitors, the hospitality is absolutely the most amazing, sweet, and heartwarming Ive ever felt and experience! The prices are also extremely affordable compared to other places around! I loved everyone there, they are all extremely special and sweet! I will definitely recommend this facility to other musicians like myself that are preparing to get their IEMs in the future!

The greeting I received by the two individuals at checkin when I entered the office in Woodbury for the first time was extraordinary!! Hands down, the best I EVER received in a medical facility. I then met with Lauren Barnett who performed a hearing evaluation. Her demeanor, professionalism and attitude throughout the process was top notch. She took the time to answer any and all questions and provided a wealth of information. I highly recommend if you're looking to ways to improve your hearing

So helpful with all my questions

Very disappointed! This is called a Tinnitus center, but it's not at all. The only product that is offered is a hearing aide. They should include more comprehensive treatments for Tinnitus other than the Widex hearing aide. Nothing more than audiologists , not about any Tinnitus treatments at all. I am responding to the owners response now. I called today to inquire regarding your response and no one called me back. According to the receptionist the only so called treatment for Tinnitus is the one Widex hearing aide. If that doesn't help or work nothing else from this center is offered or even discuss. This is not a tinnitus center. These are traditional audiologists who know nothing about Tinnitus other than selling a Widex hearing aide. I asked to speak to the owner etc., no one returned my calls.

The team at the Hearing and Tinnitus Center is fantastic! Starting with the front desk. They're caring and attentive to the patient. I started going to the center when I was first diagnosed wit Tinnitus about 3yrs ago. I've seen Dr. Erica Richman who's been nothing but wonderful. She's compassionate and understanding plus extremely knowledgeable which is refreshing. She did not tell me as I had been told previously by an ENT doc that I just had to learn how to live with Tinnitus. We came up with a game plan and we executed it and I've been extremely happy with the outcome. I can't recommend enough the team at the Hearing and Tinnitus Center.

The professionalism in this office sets the bar. The front seat is always welcoming. Dr Barnett is the best audiologist I’ve dealt with in the 25 yrs I’ve experienced hearing loss as well as tinnitus

The folks here are awesome. They handle my requests and concerns in an extremely professional and timely manner. Plus Erica really helps keep me on track and provides a lot of positive reinforcement to keep wearing my hearing aids and continuing to reap the benefits of a reduction of focus on tinnitus.
