Melissa Carvin has been a New York State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist since 2009, dispensing in multiple offices in both Monroe and Livingston counties.  She currently has office hours in the Webster location. Melissa is a compassionate healthcare professional committed to helping her patients hear better by educating them on hearing loss and providing them with the best possible solutions for their individual hearing needs. I saw Dr. Carrie Whitehead for a hearing test in July. She is very knowledgeable and described the entire process to me. After the test Dr. Whitehead showed me the different hearing aids available to be and what my cost would be with my insurance. I even tried a pair of hearing aids in her office. What a difference! The MOST important thing is that Dr. Whitehead spent the necessary time with me to answer questions, explain the process, develop a plan, and recommend a solution. Very good experience.

This review is on behalf of my mother's experience with this business. She purchased hearing aids from here and had to return MULTIPLE times for adjustment. They were not able to get them correct. The audiologist was incompetent and had no clue how to set them up correctly. This was verified by the new audiologist she is now seeing. The new audiologist had the rep from the hearing aids maker in my mother's appointment to figure out what was going on. Upon looking at the settings they discovered they were not even close to my mother's prescription. They did some adjustments and her hearing improved 10 fold. She is going back for two more fine tune adjustments which will get her hearing as good as it can be. Mind you, my mom was sent to this new audiologist by the audiologist at AudioNova. It appears this company strung her along until after the return period for her hearing aids passed, and then sent her to a competent audiologist which cost her an additional 300 dollars. My advice... find a hearing aid provider that knows how to properly fit and adjust your hearing aids. This is not the one. My mom does say the receptionist is fantastic and always helps her as much as she can. This is my opinion of this audiologist.

6 months ago i had a hearing test with Brenda Cervini, then was turned over to a lady who did nothing but tried to sell me new hearing aids. i told Brenda I would not deal with her.. Brenda would check my aids on her computer and make adjustments. I went to my 6thmonth checkup to find Brenda was gone and this lady was in her place. i will not deal with Her. I left a message at the Dansville location for Brenda but never heard back. When I do need new hearing aids I will not go here.

My husband and I both got hearing aids at the same time. My husband didn't have an appointment, but after raising concerns with his own hearing she made time for him. The girl was knowable and trys not to throw to much at us at one time. I would recommend them to anyone.
