Doctor of Audiology, practicing primarily in our New Hartford and Rome locations.

Wendi Trousdale, BC-HIS

Wendi Trousdale became a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and entered the field of Audiology in 1999. She received her National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2011. Wendi is a member of the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of New York and International Hearing Society. She is passionate about helping people on their journey to better hearing and a healthier Life!

The staff at Empire were most accommodating to me needs in all aspects such as expediting scheduling an appointment due to my urgent needs of hearing aids due to the degree of my hearing loss. Wendi conducted a hearing test like no other I’ve had throughout my stages of hearing loss I’ve had at other companies. Wendi pause special attention to the degree of my hearing loss and fitted me to Hearing aids that will extend my quality of life. She then processed the order of my new hearing aids while filing my insurance paperwork . In less than an hour i was setup with loaners and could hear again. The entire staff was very professional and friendly I will definitely recommend Empire to anyone in need.
