Neal was amazing! Had issues with double ear infection. Went to the ETN te recommended. Was able to get in 2 months sooner than our Dr's recommendation. We came in after infection was clear and he set us up with a hearing aid. We went with only one ear and he could have easily sold us 2 but he noticed it was not helping my mom having a second hearing aid. You don't find people like this very often. I would give him a 10 if I could but it only goes to 5. Thanks Neil!!!!!

The audiologist took the time to explain in detail the results of my hearing test and that hearing aids would likely do little to improve my hearing at this time. I appreciated his candid professional opinion and will be back for a regular check-up in a couple years.

I couldn’t expect more of Neal. He goes above and beyond. He helped me to gain access to loop systems as well as figure out how to lessen crinkle noises while maintaining speech clarity.
