I got my first pair of hearing aids at Audible which turned into Empire, and now I see the name has changed again. Even though I have good insurance, Audible ripped me off for 3k and I didn't even get the top of the line aids. As soon as I bought my hearing aids, they changed hands to Empire. They have rescheduled so many appointments I don't think I've been seen three times in 5 years. They tell me Im getting new hearing aids at no cost to me, but they keep rescheduling the appointments. And to top it off, the one appointment they kept, the equipment wasn't working so I couldn't have a hearing test. I thought things may change with AudioNova but same deal, reschedule and reschedule. Don't bother with these people.

I want to thank Empire Hearing in Oneonta, NY for rescuing a long planned vacation. When I arrived at my hotel in Cooperstown NY on Wednesday afternoon I discovered that I had forgotten the charger for my Starkey receiver in canal hearing aids. Faced with the prospect of a 4 hour drive back home to retrieve the charger, I called Empire in Oneonta. The store rep there provided me with a loaner charger, which allowed me and my family to continue to enjoy a pleasant weekend. My sincerest thanks to Empire Hearing for this kindness.

I would highly recommend Audibel. Today was my first time to this office with my Dad and I’ve never felt more welcome. Annamarie is genuine, accommodating, and has great customer service. The atmosphere was a plus, to have donuts waiting with coffee being made for you I thought I was somewhere else I could actually feel relaxed at a family members doctor appointment!! Highly educated providers and great customer care!
