Meet Our Staff

Nickolas Sullivan, H.I.S.

Nickolas Sullivan currently works at AudioNova at the Olean, Jamestown, and Westfield clinics. Nickolas is a registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and Hearing Healthcare Provider. Nickolas specializes in performing hearing evaluations, demonstrating the latest in hearing healthcare innovations. He also performs fittings and servicing of hearing aids and other amplification devices, as well as providing necessary education to his patients in their journey towards better hearing. Nickolas received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2013. After graduating, he went through a yearlong extensive apprenticeship and obtained his registration to become a NYS Hearing Aid Dispenser. He began his career in northern New York and is now looking forward to bringing his expertise to those in the Southern Tier. Nickolas is a member of the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of New York. Nickolas is married to his lovely wife, Janine, and together they have a young son. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, staying active outdoors, and watching most sports on television–especially those associated with the University of Pittsburgh athletics. “I strive to educate, support, and empower my patients on their journey towards better hearing by using proper amplification, hearing and communication strategies. Together, we can move towards an easier, safer, and better quality of life for all patients seeking help at AudioNova.”

The staff are friendly, respectful and extremely competent. Everything was explained clearly, including testing procedure, results and recommendations. The representative was able to analyze my husband's hearing issues and demonstrate his recommendation in the same appointment. The recommended solution as experienced that day dramatically resolved his lifelong tinnitus as well as recent moderate hearing loss. The practice will provide and support a month's refundable trial. Overall a very positive experience.

My mom needed repair and new battery for her hearing aid which was going to take 2 weeks. However she had a funeral to attend so they ensured that she had a loaner pair of hearing aids during the gap which allowed her to attend.
