I was hesitant to get hearing aides both for the denial of need and admittance of age but Empire Hearing did a thorough test and gave options for whatever worked for me. They went over the product thoroughly when it was handed over. Would highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient 2 weeks ago and in the 2 weeks, they have rescheduled now 4 times on me. They keep calling with scheduling issues. 4 times in 2 weeks. I keep heaing that they are having problems with the "provider". That does not give me confidence in using this office. I will find another practice to use.

Lynne is amazing! She checked our hearing aids. Explained a lot about our Starkey hearing aids we didn't know before. My husband and I (66 & 74 yrs. young) are getting our hearing aids info on our cell phones to adjust our hearing needs ourselves in between visits. So professional & so enjoyable!!

Went to Chenango Speech & Hearing to have my hearing aids checked out. Brian checked out the hearing aids and updated the programs and cleaned them. He also took the time to point out some of the features that I have that I didn’t know how to use. I was very pleased with the service and information that he passed along to me. My hearing aids are working great an I now have an appointment for six months to have them serviced again. Mike

I had a basic hearing aids. They were good for 3 years but it was hard to understand speech from my wife, friend and at church. Watching TV I had to set up the volume to 40. I called Eric Freeman and set up an appointment. Eric asked what I wanted and I chose the best that he had. He update a hearing test, and molds for my ears. Two weeks later I had new hearing aids. I can program them using my cell phone. I can turn them up if needed or lower the volume if someone is speaking too loud. I recommend anyone who needs hearing aids to call Eric at Norwich speech and hearing.

The good thing about the hearing center is the care and interest in you to make sure they are there to assist you with any problems or questions you may have. After you buy the hearing aids you are not sent out on your own. They want to make sure you are satisfied and your product is working well.
