I had an appointment for a hearing test with the audiologist Rebecca was phenomenal! Her personality matches her skills. Kindness, empathy for others, and understanding of hearing aids and testing my hearing were excellent. I'm in a wheelchair, and she accommodated my needs like no other. I have been to several audiologists, and no one has the personality or skills of Rebecca. I also like the receptionist a lot. Audio Nova is very fortunate to have her. Thank you for your time. We are so happy with the hearing services provided to our Mom. Our mom is 102 years old and has never heard better. She has had a Number of hearing aids, but none have worked like the ones she’s wearing today! The staff at Empire Hearing/Audio Nova, in New Hartford NY are so respectful and kind to our mom, with special mention to Wendi Trousdale and Corinne at reception! Wendy took care of me and not only very knowledgeable and friendly but patient with me and very helpful. The girls at the front desk were very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to answer any question I had. Always on time and ready for my appointment.

Such a pleasant environment, the staff was super helpful, and very accommodating to our schedules. The hearing aids have been wonderful, fit and work perfect. They make sure to have follow up care for years, to assure your investment continues to work for you!

The whole process start to finish was very simple and professional

1 and done, made an appointment had my test, and received my hearing aids the same day. I'm so happy with my hearing aids my tinnitus is gone, and I can hear again I wish I could give over 100% rating for the service I received from the moment I arrived until I left thank you I'll be hearing you :)

Staff were very patient and polite when I arrived late for my appointment. Fortunately they were able to complete my hearing evaluation. The practitioner explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I was happy to have her check my hearing aids and provide an update on them.
