Another example of rhe AudioNova family in action. We're On a long road trip from Florida up north with lots of visiting.stops... need my hearing aids! One "broke", I searched Google maps, calling from Maryland to see if I could set up an appt near Middletown NY, hoping it'd be an easier fix of my Phonak hearing aid. Marissa kindly said their hours and she could take a look. We got there hours later , and it was just a clog (yay!). And we were on our way again. " You're Smart, sweet professional and perfect!" I told her, so helpful. Thanks Empire! No wonder you have so many stars.

I think that was the first time I wasn’t nervous about getting a hearing test. Because I was interested in seeing what my hearing was. And the staff was awesome and explained everything to me.

My appointment was for 3:45pm . The Wi-Fi system in there office was down since the morning they didn’t even bother calling me telling me the system was down. I spent $50 getting to my appointment just to get turned back. Hundred dollars wasted and no ear exam😡😡😡

The staff was very friendly, thorough, and patient. I was a few minutes late and they took me right in. Explained everything that was going to happen during hearing test, went over the results, and set me up with a set of hearing aids to try. They explained the cost of the hearing aids with and without insurance. I was very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you.

I have been going to see Norman for many years. Norman and Lisa always make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I just purchased new hearing aids and Norman took the time to show me how to connect them with my phone (my new hearing aids are awesome). I always enjoy seeing Norman and Lisa.
