I received 4 phone calls reminding me of my appointment. I don't think that was necessary. Maybe your call center should let the local office handle that. Otherwise I had a Very good experience.

After a search for a qualified audiologist, I was told about Empire Hearing. This was the single best place that I had been to. Dr. Kate in the Elmira NY office was the most thorough audiologist that I have seen. Her knowledge and professionalism was top notch! The price on my Phonak L90 hearing aids was extremely competitive. All around great experience from the receptionist to the testing/fitting. Thanks to the entire staff!

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Auditory Processing Disorder. Dr. Katelyn was such a great help with getting my daughter the right hearing aides . Dr. Katelyn’s knowledge and her expertise of APD had a positive impact at my daughters IEP meeting. We couldn’t be more thankful and happy with her continuing services.

Dr. Katelyn is just the best. I had lost almost all hearing in one ear and had lived with that for many years. Dr.Katelyn hooked me up with what's called a cross. This unit picks up all sounds on that side and transmits those to the aid in my other ear. I have missed so much over the years and she gave that back to me. I had one small detail with fit and she took care of that on the spot. Very happy to have used Empire hearing!
