Kimberly McNicholl, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Kimberly McNicholl graduated summa cum laude from Adelphi University Honors College with her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Long Island Au.D. Consortium of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s Universities. She received two Deans’ Awards in communication sciences and disorders as well as in audiology. Dr. McNicholl is also a published researcher and has presented at several national conferences.

Doctor McNicoll(sp) and office staff were pleasant and helpful. I was not expecting to go home with a trial pair of hearing aids so was a bit overwhelmed I did not have time to think about it. After couple days I am not convinced they are helping.

I went there for a hearing evaluation and consultation. Kim and Dr.McNicholl are extremely nice and friendly. I called in the morning to see if they have any available appointment and Kim was able to schedule me right on the same day. At checkin, my health insurance didn't work but Kim kept trying for multiple times. In the end, my health insurance still didn't work but Kim told me ahead that this visit would be FREE of charge. The hearing test was smooth. Dr.McNicholl was very professional and made sure that I was aware of the process and knew the instructions. The results reviewing process was informative and smooth as well, and Dr. McNiocholl made suggestions and recommendations to my needs. Overall, this is a very good experience! Highly recommended if you need hearing assistance/advice!

Very friendly and accommodating. Receptionist filled out questioneer form as she asked questions, making the process quick and easy so appointment may focus on time with doctor instead of filling out paperwork. She even made me a coffee with the nice Keurig set up they have in the waiting room. Doctor was super nice, making instructions clear and the whole testing process comfortable and safe when entering the test room. Highly recommend.
