Great office! Always clean friendly staff Liz and Kelly are always welcoming and willing to work with you and takes their time to teach you! I walked in one day and Liz walked me through how to change my wax guard to make Hearing aids work. Lifesaver i thought i broke it!! I wasn’t hearing I called my location and then sent me their. If the person on phone would have walked me through this. I would have saved time and the appointment someone else could have used!! Thank you Liz and Kelly for your welcoming attitude and the help!

When my aids were ordered the technician told me I didn’t need the technology advanced set and ordered the middle pieced ones, after my first return visit it was determined by the Hearing Specialist that the wrong ones were offered to me and I was given the more advanced ones to try. After realizing the mistake and after weeks of waisted time all I was offered was an apology and told the more advanced units would be another $2000. Why do I feel like I was set up?

Kelly at Empire Hearing is phenomenal! I rejected hearing aids for years. But once I decided that my hearing loss was more important than my concerns, she led me through the process and explained everything in detail. She even answered questions that I didn't think to ask. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly and her team to anyone in need. I can now look people in the eyes when they are speaking, instead of having to read their lips. It's life changing. Don't wait!
